床舒服， 地段佳， 离地铁站很近

The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Should I be in Milano again I will stay here again.

Staff was welcoming, got in at 1pm and room was ready. Room was perfect for 2 and had all amenities.

Camera troppo piccola e letto matrimoniale alla francese troppo piccolo per una camera definita "comfort superior". Per il resto buona la posizione e servizi nella media.

Rummet var bra. Receptionen på fm var inte trevlig. Iövrigt var allt bra.

Lugnt läge, fint rum. Promenadavstånd från centralstationen. Vi promenerade även från hotellet in till Duomon (tog en dryg halvtimme). Väldigt trångt vid frukosten, men bra utbud.

The pictures on the Expedia website made this hotel look a great option. The experience did not live up to this. The room was really small and the shower was tricky to get in and out. We had a mould issue with the shower and air conditioning, which was unpleasant, but resolved. We found it incredibly noisy to sleep even though we were in the 3rd floor. We both were covered in bites after the second night sleep. The location is ok and the staff were friendly. We found only having one key between us and having to hand it in every time we went out strange.

Luftkonditioneringen var usel. Rummet höll 29 gr C och fläkten surrade men inget hände. Ingen bra sömn.

I stayed in a lovely room that reminded me of a four-star hotel—neat, clean, and comfortable—with very friendly and helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the beautiful glass elevator. Everything was just a 15-minute walk away. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the air conditioning; it seemed to be centrally controlled, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe some improvements there would make the stay even better. Overall, the staff's kindness truly made a difference, and I appreciated their efforts. They even packed my breakfast because i had a early flight.

セントラル駅から地下鉄ひと駅乗ると楽です。ホテルはとても綺麗です。朝食も美味しかったです。バスルームには浴槽があり日本人にはありがたいです。 どちらかと言うと日本のビジネスホテルのような内装です。

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom, particularly the shower was not pleasant. The shower door was opaque with lime scale and the tiling was was covered in mildew. It really needed a proper cleaning! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
