El hotel está a 1 min andando del puente Rialto , de situación genial. El desayuno es sencillito, pero rico, y los chicos de recepción muy amables. Lo peor es que no tiene ascensor para subir las maletas

Great location, good rooms in older building. No views from the hotel but you're within short walking distance of anything in the city, and a very short stroll from the docks at Rialto.

Location, Location, Location. OMG, this is the best spot to be!!!! The staff was so friendly, and the breakfast was fun & delicious. Fresh baked croissants, ham & salami with a hot chocolate was perfect before a morning walk around Venice.. The building is what you expect from 200 year old charming spot. Get up early and you have the Rialto Bridge all to yourself. This is really 100ft walk, and the pizza place right on the corner was legit!!! I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was so close to the Rialto Bridge, and a 6-7 min walk to the Doge Castle. It was a great location! The breakfast was pretty nice too. The hotel was clean!

Café da manhã com bastante opção. - eu, como brasileira, sinto falta de opção de frutas frescas. Os funcionários foram prestativos e super gentis. A localização é ótima, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Do lado da estação Rialto, poucos passos.

The room was small and dark. On the day we were supposed to leave, we were woken up by a major water leak coming from the roof. We hurried to find someone working there, and when we did, he told us we could get a new room in two hours (luckily, we were already checking out that day). He then excused himself to “check something.” We packed our things and rushed out of the room, only to find him sitting at the reception, relaxing, seemingly, without a care in the world.

Mudaram essa nossa reserva para o Hotel Al Canal Regio que era muito inferior ao qual reservamos e tivemos a confirmação da reserva. Desejo que revejam os valores e nor retormem - pode ser crédito - a diferença da valores.

Rummet var bra. Otroligt skön säng och rummet hade allt man behövde. Det enda negativa i rummet var att det var relativt lyhört och ingen särskild utsikt (byggnad precis mittemot). Receptionen och trapphuset ser inte alls ut som på bilderna, men det gör däremot rummet. Fantastiskt läge även om hotellet ligger bakom en restaurang i en smal gränd.

The AC did not work, the room size was dramatically smaller than the pictures, the walls are paper thin. You hear everything from the alley and even people talking from the rooms next door. You could hear the toilets flush from the floors above you and an odd ticking coming from the wall. This was a horrible hotel.

Frukost utbjudet var begränsad och sista timmen fanns nästan inget kvar. Vi fick ett rum på femte våningen och det finns inte hiss, bra att tänka på det speciellt om man har stora väskor, trapphuset är smalt! Vi hamnade i en nödsituation och personalen i receptionen hade svårt att kommunicera med räddningstjänsten.
