Hotel in pieno centro, molto ospitale, camera grande e bagno impeccabile

Praticamente nel centro del paese e per questo ti trascina subito nell‘atmosfera, bellissima struttura , elegante quasi fiabesca , il personale gentilissimo. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing location! We also enjoyed the huge sauna, steam room, and pool-sized jacuzzi.

Minha terceira vez nestehotel. A equipe da recpção e os responsáveis pela organização elimpeza doquarto são impecável. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Hotel clássico renovado e perto delojas restaurantes e a 10 minutos da estação de trem e do shopping novo. Fica na praça central.

Nice spacious room (a suite), perfect for the two of us plus our son. Hotel is in a perfect location to see the downtown area.

What was so nice about this property were the front desk people. They were kind and helpful. We had trouble with parking and the staff was exceptional in their help. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is in a busy square. Walking to restaurants was easy and accessible.

Hotel is very nice but our room was teeny — hard to even turn around in the bathroom and impossible to share with another person. And we even had a long-standing reservation so it’s not as if we were last minute. Very disappointing.

Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!
