Great place!

Was a bit away from down town and the spa was not fully operational

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful facility

although it was close to the road, it was well hidden from the traffic noise.

Room was clean and had a private parking garage. The photo on Expedia is deceiving as it looks like it backs onto a mountain side with lush green property in front of it but it’s actually wedged between two other hotels. The hotel is nice, buffet breakfast was good and they did have a nice patio to eat outside. What we did not enjoy seeing was they had an older German Shepard (12 years old) that belonged to the hotel that was left in the enclosed parking garage with no place to go to the bathroom besides the concrete (evidence was evident). We left in the morning and came by much later to still see it there. It wasn’t until we mentioned it a few times that someone finally opened the gate to allow it out.

Good quiet location, restaurants nearby, breakfast okay.

The Hotel is advertised as a 4 STAR Hotel. Let’s review: • No Air conditioning in the hallways • No Air conditioning in lobby • A Restaurant is advertised but does not exist • Toiletries in squeeze containers only, like in 3 star hotels • Only one Elevator, used both by guests and cleaning staff • No slippers • No bathrobes • Air conditioning in rooms – yes, but it does not work properly, and does not cool the room “Business” Hotel? The Hotel calls itself a “Business” hotel, and yet: • In-room safe – yes, but minuscule! Does not accommodate a laptop! • No Pens or notepaper in room Poor Maintenance Condition: • Shower did not drain properly • Odors in the bathroom • Malfunctioning Air conditioning If you read the previous reviews you will discover that guests complained about these issues as far back as 2018, but the issues are NOT resolved... This hotel ruined our Vacation – STAY AWAY!

Really nice "business hotel" much better than expected. Friendly helpful staff nice rooms and a good breakfast. A few restaurants within walking distance and not difficult to get into the centre of Bolzano.

Too far from town center. Hard to find without GPS.

Overall a pretty acceptable stay. We had booked for family stay and booked a family room. The 'family' room that was given to us was a bit underwhelming! Very cramped of space for two adults and two kids. One of the better aspects of the stay was the breakfast. Not a huge spread, but quite acceptable. What came as a surprise (& shock) was that nobody in the hotel (not the housekeeping staff, nor the reception team) had any idea what a body lotion or moisturizer is??!!. It was such cold and dry weather!! Not too many eating out options nearby. One of the nearest pizzeria is a easy 10 - 15 walk from the hotel. Nikko from reception was very helpful during check-in and in guiding us around the place.

Easy parking, very nice lobby, lovely breakfast room. The location is very near the Bolzano airport so easy to pick up a rental car

We booked a double bed room but get a twin bed room. We try to talk with the man in the reception but he was really not nice, gave us a lot of excuses without trying to help. The air conditioner was set to hit although it was very hot outside. The shower room was very stinky all the time.

Large room , very comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast indoor and outdoor, elevator, wifi and air conditioning was good.

Very nice hotel and room-best breakfast in a week

We stayed in a suite with a king sixpzed bed. It had a wonderful little balcony with a table and 2 chairs where we sat and had a glass of wine in the evening looking over the beautiful pool and grounds. The bathroom had a steam shower and a jacuzzi bathtub that was huge. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon

Although some of the rooms have been newly renovated, cleanliness is a major problem, especially in the bathroom.

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. No parking issue. Nice and quiet location. Breakfast was good.

It is not the best option in Bolzano

The price was right, they produced a very nice breakfast to get me energized in the morning. The property is a bit run down.

Service and breakfast were good and rooms are clean. The shower was small and awkward and the location is ok, but not near many other restaurants/etc. Overall a good hotel.
