Very slow to clean the room. One day room wasn’t cleaned at 3pm.

The only issue with this hotel is the approach. Hard for larger vehicles to pickup and dropoff. Anything letter than a small car. Alley and stairs to the hotel entrance from dropoff was slightly jarring. But in fairness , well lit at night. Once there we felt comfortable going to and from the hotel. And a very good place to see everything. Great staff. Super helpful. Super kind.

What a lovely hotel, on an alley one street up from the river. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the room clean with a balcony and lovely view. Walkable to just about everything!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber die Klimaanlage war mit 22 Grad C zu kalt, nicht regulierbar und zieht genau aufs Bett, Frühstück überschaubar, aber immer frisch, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Flott hotell sentralt i Roma. 10 minutters gange til Trastevere, 5 minutter til Petersplassen. Alle severdigheter innenfor 30-40 minutters gange. Stille og rolig hotell med flotte, rene og velholdte rom. Meget god lydisolasjon for rolige netter. Air condition på rommet. Vi oppgraderte til øverste etasje med veranda, anbefales.

Nice modern hotel on a quiet street with helpful staff!

Really comfortable, clean, and lovely room. Great location. But the staff wasn’t helpful for a 4 star hotel and could use training. There is no ironing board in the room so I asked the front desk. She got it out of a closet and told me to bring it up to the room myself (it was a large/heavy/clunky ironing board). The iron itself was dirty and it looked like someone else had used it and burnt something onto it, so the residue immediately stained my clothes… when I went downstairs, the front desk immediately asked me to bring it down without offering to help and seemed in a rush to have it back. It wasn’t a good impression in terms of service.

The décor in the room was a bit funky, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. To get to the hotel, you had to walk down a sketchy set of stairs. We never felt unsafe, but there was broken glass and garbage on the stairs every day. It was a good location and walked easily to the Vatican and the Colleseum.

Amazing price and location. No hotel staff but codes to get in were easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again for sure!

Room was extremely clean after each time housekeeping was in. Bed was a bit firm for me and staff added a topper which helped a ton and made sleeping much easier. Front desk staff was always helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, delicious fresh made coffee and the staff was great. The location was good and just a short walk to the centre and to the Vatican. No complaints, every staff member was so accommodating and helpful, that’s what really stood out to me the most.

Väldigt bra hotell. Supertrevlig personal och bra läge. Lugnt precis runt hotellet men nära till sevärdheter och restauranger. Väldigt bra rum och sköna sängar. Frukosten var mycket bra, fräsch och trevlig.

Sehr sauber, schön gepflegt und hübsch eingerichtet. Frühstück frisch und lecker, Auswahl ausreichend. Klimaanlage vorhanden aber nicht nötig gewesen. Exzellente Lage und kurze Wege zum Vatikan, nach Travestere oder in die Innenstadt
