It is so close to many attractions in Florence that I can basically walk to everywhere.

O staff é muito educado, dão dicas de restaurante, dão um mapa explicando como chegar nos principais lugares, o hotel fica numa localização excelente, o quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, limpo e organizado. Não temos nenhuma reclamação e ficamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia .

Hotel City was fabulous. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The location is within walking distance of all the great sites. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Florence again, Hotel City will be my hotel of choice.

부모님과 저 총 3명이서 방문했습니다. 기차역에서 정말 가깝고, 두오모 성당과 아카데미아 갤러리 등 주요 명소와도 가깝습니다. 마트도 바로 앞에 있어 필요 식품을 사기에 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하며, 직원분들이 모두 너무 친절하십니다. 제 생일 다음날, 어머니 생일 전 날 방문 했는데, 축하한다고 웰컴 와인을 주셨습니다. 고객을 위한 세심한 배려에 감동받았습니다. 피렌체에 가면 또 방문하겠습니다~ 감사합니다. Hotel City is the best! 👍

This was the friendliest, cleanest hotel I have stayed at in all my trips to Italy. When I come to Florence I will ALWAYS stay here. The front desk staff are kind and gave good directions and recommendations. Breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here as it’s close to the SMN train and all the important sites in Florence! Well done!!!!

The location was wonderful. Some of the staff were helpful, others not so much. The breakfast was not very good.

The room and bathroom were spacious, staff helpful and friendly and location was perfect. I thoroughly recommend City Hotel which is a short walk from the train station, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and everything you could want in Florence. The manager was particularly helpful.

This is a great option to stay in the city center. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from train station and close to many monuments, including the duomo. Piazzale Michelangelo it’s about 25 minutes walk from here. Staff was kind, attentive and accommodating, from checking in to the breakfast. Recommended!

Elevator at night and random hours of the day does not work. Hard especially of you have luggages with you to carry . Room is okay but could have add extra mirror/ long mirror outside the bathroom. Only mirror is in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and comfortable

Loved the location of this little hotel. We were able to easily stop in and rest/freshen up and then be right back out there. The street the hotel is located on had lots of Asian/Chinese restaurants and markets. While we did not eat at any of the restaurants (they seemed quite busy) we did enjoy being able to pop into the Asian markets for some quick drinks and snacks. The staff at this hotel were all so friendly and helpful.
