great place and nice stay experience.

飯店門口就是教堂圓頂排隊處!入住的是空間較小的雙人房(較難展開大的28吋行李箱)，有暖氣，但窗戶開一小縫隙後會有蚊子，不過很幸運地，這房間仍看的到教堂圓頂一部分喔。早餐非常豐盛，有炒蛋、火腿、烤土司、麵包、優格、水果，相當好吃。

這間旅館有個非常小巧、復古的電梯，只能容納3人。櫃檯人員很快就辦好入住手續，態度也很親切！因為我訂的是最便宜的房間，所以開窗無法直接看見百花大教堂，不過沒關係，一樓出去就是了，而且登頂的入口就在門口左前方，登頂完腳痠還可以馬上回房間休息。 附近各式商店應有盡有，很好逛！

能住在百花大教堂旁邊真是不錯的體驗，鬧中取靜的房間，飯店又有mini bar提供房客可隨時坐下來沖杯咖啡付息聊聊天，感覺很好。20176月入住時，飯店還有the mall單程車票5歐的優惠，不妨可將購物行程考慮進去

The reception staff remembers visitors by sight. The rooms are in excellent condition.

This was a perfect stay for our first time in Florence. What amazing city! Everywhere is walkable and the shopping is also incredible. The Hotel Duomo, room 31, had an excellent view, we could practically touch it from our balcony. I would definitely visit here again. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast options and clean room! Located across from the Duomo, so good location to see all the sites, find food or do some shopping!

Tout était parfait! La chambre, la localisation, propreté, confort, gentillesse et service à la clientèle de haut niveau. Les déjeuners sont excellents. On y retournera c’est certain!

Highly recommended, everyone was lovely

We arrived and got shown around the facilities, the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel is right by duomo which made it easy to get around the city. All in all we had a really nice trip and the hotel was one of the highlights of our trip !

I understand it’s an old hotel that is centrally located. That being said, it is too overpriced for the condition of the room. I wouldn’t recommend to others as Florence is such a small city that everywhere you book/ you’re in the “center.” Not worth the value is all for me.

The hotel is right across the Duomo! my room is so cute and the staff are wonderful ! I was fortunate to meet both the owner and his daughter Bryan and her ever sweet pup Lioness and they are just wonderful !

Rude staff. Room smelled terrible. Tiny room. Never again

It’s basically impossible to beat this place on location: it is directly across from the Duomo. Staff was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was very small, but that was understood at the time of booking.
