Second visit to this hotel. Great friendly staff especially the manager and Miguel who is so helpful and professional and checked us in late in the evening and was back at his desk at 8am next morning. Delicious buffet breakfast and good selection of restaurants nearby and the local market. Great location !!!!

虽然没有特别惊艳，但基本符合我的预期。 我在这里住了一晚。酒店位置绝佳，方便游览拉文纳。 我的房间很干净，设施齐全。工作人员反应也比较迅速。 刚到的时候，我觉得工作人员有点冷淡，可能是因为我当时在用意大利语交流，所以沟通起来比较困难。不过，我在入住时间之前就拿到了房间，一切都很顺利。入住期间，我发现其他工作人员都非常友善热情。 早餐以甜点为主，这在意大利很常见，但味道还不错。 退房后我可以寄存行李。 我不确定所有工作人员是否都会说英语，但有些会。 总的来说，我对这次住宿很满意。

房间设施略显简朴，但服务一流。地理位置优越，距离主要景点和众多一流餐厅仅几步之遥。

AMAZING friendly staff. Great location. We had room 406. Room very outdated but ok. The bathroom is very large, however to take a shower you have to step in the tub. The space is VERY small and water sprays everywhere. Water hot in the evening and only warm in the morning. Based on AMAZING staff, basic breakfast and great location and cost effective, I would recommend. They also offer parking within walking distance but it took a few times to drive around to find a spot at 1600. I think any later it would take longer. Again, ALL the staff are AWESOME!!
