小店干淨優雅，老闆很热情，位置距離中央火車站有15分鐘左右，早餐還不錯，這家店在佛罗倫薩被評為優質店舖，很不錯，希望有詳細的中文地址及路線，可以很快找到酒店

我在這裡住了三天，工作人員非常友善，幫了我很多忙，wifi很穩定，早餐現泡的咖啡也很好喝，房間雖然不大，但非常舒適！如果有來佛羅倫斯會在來住這間飯店！

酒店位置十分优越，位于旧城里面，去佛罗伦斯任何景点走路都很方便。不过火车站出来就要打的去酒店，只有12间房间，早餐样式少，但是牛角包超级超级好吃。房间很小（特别我们四人入住），冲凉房也很小，建议两人住可以，定大房四人住就不推荐了。装修也不舒服，灯很暗。

離佛羅倫斯最大車站步行約十五分鐘，但地處佛羅倫斯核心地區，可輕易散步至各大景點。 櫃台服務人員親切熱情，英文也很好，有問題尋求協助，他們都很樂意幫忙。 早餐還不錯，簡單但不難吃。房間乾淨舒適，隔音也好，只是房間不大。 也沒有電梯，所以行李很多的人會比較辛苦些。

I loved this property, it was only my husband and myself, the room we had was not kid friendly but I’m sure they have good accommodations for families. This was close to everything our room was in another building but it was right near the hotel office. I would definitely go back to Florence and would stay here again.

Hotel staff was wonderful!

Positive of this property is location. It’s very close to major attractions. Staff is very friendly. Negative is the size of the room and specifically shower. There was barely any room to turn around while standing in the shower. Not sure if all the showers are like that, we were on the first floor. Another issue was noise. There was lot of noise from the outside street and also from the people running inside the building. Air conditioner wasn’t cooling enough, was shutting off every few minutes. Overall, it was a positive experience with some negative.

Lovely place to stay, close to everything and the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. Will highly recommend to friends and family if they travel to Florence. We were sad to leave. ❤️

Localização do hotel é muito boa, em uma zona bem central da cidade. Quarto confortável, ar condicionado funciona bem. As escadas são um pouco apertada para subir com as malas, mas eles sempre se prontificam a ajudar a subir. A maior dificuldade, que não é só do hotel, mas de Florença em si é em relação ao estacionamento. A zona ztl é bem grande, então você meio que obrigatoriamente tem que colocar em uma garagem paga dentro da região que eles “autenticam” sua placa e permitem a entrada na região. A estadia foi excelente, faltou um pouco de conhecimento da nossa parte em relação a estacionamento, mas o hotel é muito bom.

Simone is one of the best in the business. Kind. Accomodating. Professional. Anticipates every need. Really, one of the best that I have encountered in 40+ years of travel experience. Hyperbole? The staff is very kind. The hotel is older, but very clean. The location is right in the middle of the touristy parts of Florence. The breakfast is basic. We heard no noise the whole time -- it was a peaceful place.

Amazing place, as a private apartment, right in the center of the old town and colosseum of Florence. Big cost-benefit and affordable. Host was helpful and responsive. I can highly recommend this place

Amazing place! A true gem right in the middle of everything. The staff is super friendly and professional, especially Gabriel. They go the extra mile to please and provide useful tips and guidance. Will definitely return hopefully soon!

We had an amazing stay! It was incredibly easy to walk anywhere in Florence. The owner Gabrielle was extremely hospitable. The room was small be very comfortable and very clean most importantly the AC worked!! The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again!

The location is great. The check in process is very thoughtful and caring as they take time to map your location and points of interest. They really compensate for being a 2 star hotel with their customer service. Being in the historic district, they can’t have modern amenities like an elevator and other conveniences. If you’re staying in the heat of the summer, don’t leave your screenless windows open overnight, the mosquitoes will eat you alive.
