位置绝佳，就在渡口旁边；主人姐弟俩都很热情；有提供停车位；虽然仅有吊扇，但湖区温度凉爽，还算好；早晨很简单

The owner of the hotel greeted us kindly. We had a fantastic room with a view of the lake. The staff was very friendly. Very authentic old world lake Como hotel experience. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner which we loved. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff.

とてもフレンドリーなホテルスタッフで 楽しく２泊過ごせました。 朝ご飯もとても美味しく、コモ湖を見ながら食事できました。 また、道路挟んだ所にレストランもあって ピザやパスタが美味しかったです。 ホテルの前がバス停になってて それもすごく便利でした！ また、機会あれば泊まりたいです。

Bra utgångspunkt för utflykter i området. Ovanligt bra sängar för att vara i Italien. Inte märkvärdig men god frukost. Familjär atmosfär, utmärkt bemötande av ägarfamiljen.

Idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville. Place de parking à l'hôtel. Au bord du Lac Personnel et patron très sympa et de bons conseils

Great location, good breakfast and very friendly staff who helped me very much when I left my handbag in the bus from Como.

More of an inn than a hotel, cozy and clean enough. Good lakefront location with ferry stops and bus stop nearby. Meets expectations :)

The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. Rooms outdated but okay for the price, however very cold. On the other hand please avoid this accommodation, the receptionist I assume owner named Silvia wrongfully accused us stealing from the breakfast then started an argument being quite aggressive and making no solid point which is totally unacceptable as we were paying guests. Only the gentleman at the reception tried to deescalate the situation which made us not to pursue furthermore the situation. This has made such a bad impact on our trip, she was hitting a tone that was derogatory , was pushing the lines of bullying and was far from professional behavior.

Lovely hotel and lovely family owners. Really close to the ferry to Bellagio and some good restaurants and bars within a short walk
