職員服務很好，有禮！ 房間冷氣很凍👍 唯獨有一天沖涼沒有熱水，但翌日一早已迅速地修理好，整體令人舒服滿意有效率，最緊要係夠近，地理位置正👍

在梵諦岡博物館大門對面，離地鐵戰走路七分鐘。WiFi強，早餐佳。隔一條街有兩家超商，很方便。

酒店就在梵蒂岡博物館入口前，進入梵蒂岡非常方便，搭公車與地鐵到羅馬的景點也都可在30分鐘內到達。酒店的前台服務人員很親切，熱情介紹或推薦一些不錯的景點。

毛巾有些舊了，床單是破的。

位置絕對方便，特別參觀Vatican. 酒店設施較舊，服務人員較少，態度尚可，人手卻短缺。

No hot water until the morning we checked out.

Alles was perfect. Geweldig ontbijt. Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. En de plek grandioos. 5 minuten van het vaticaanplein. Volgend jaar gaan we hier weer naar toe,

The room was lovely. However, we had no hot water for our entire three night stay.

I was informed after i checked in that there was no hot water. The front desk man was very kind and helpful.

Great location. Right across from Vatican museums.

Location for all, great. Enthusiasm from staff poor, always on their phones, never engaged with us to see how our day was going. The room was lovely appointed ok. Tv had no English channels, no streaming and you could watch Italian porn. The roof top bar was ok, no draft beer and zero atmosphere .. food not available after their shocking breakfast .. why batch cook fried eggs and pile them high? Hot dogs as sausages! No one was bothered at check out so why say anything at all. Just won’t stay again.

Excellent hotel.pergect location

Honestly staff was amazing and very accommodating when it came to transportation from cruise to hotel and then hotel to airport. They also let us leave our luggage so we could have time to tour around before check in.

We really enjoyed this property. Clean, safe and convenient to most attractions. We also enjoyed being near a taxi stand at Vatican area.

It was a good place for our short stay
