Very good service! We were warmly greeted when check-in, they gave us a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon, and we had a lovely chat when check-out. The 5-stars service really makes the whole hotel stands out and impressive. We'd love to bring our children here for our anniversary in the future. :) The room is not too small given Roma standard, bathroom is bigger than I thought, breakfast is ok, wifi is pretty stable and fast. Parking is limited tho. Overall very good hotel experience in Roma.

The place is quiet, safe, and the rooms are spotless. A special thanks to Francesco, who is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to assist guests. He made our stay much more enjoyable

Slitt hotell som har fasilitetene til 4 stjerner men det meste er i dårlig forfatning. Sluker virker knapt, kraner faller av, aircondition er en vits. Kom ned i 24 grader etter timevis m aircondition som personalet slo av når de var innom rommet. Frokost, hvis du liker gummibasert eggerøre, ja så får du det her. Prisen er alt for høy i forhold til det du får. Eneste, men viktige, formildende omstendighet er vennlig og serviceorientert personale.

Struttura vecchiotta, camera e soprattutto bagno sarebbero da aggiornare... Colazione molto modesta per un 4 stelle.

Check in was easy and very friendly. All information needed for our stay was provided with a pleasant and knowledgeable host. Room was comfortable and clean. If I had to fault anything, it would be the one bathroom that has the shower that would wet the entire room. But we did have a second bathroom with a very nice shower. Breakfast was offered as well, a good way to begin day. Overall the hotel is a very nice choice for a Rome stay.

Terrible hotel! The toilet and shower didn't work, and there was no AC in the room. It was extremely dirty, and there was no room service. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and it really ruined our trip to Rome.

The only complaint would be that the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately at night. Otherwise we had an excellent stay at Hotel Grazioli and would recommend highly.

A good hotel to stay at, and a welcomed alternative to the sky high prices most hotels in Rome charge. The room was basic, as was breakfast. The nearest Metro station is a good 20 minute walk so not the best for transport connections. Overall it’s a good hotel though, and the team were more than willing to help. The outside bar and terrace are great.

Ricardo was amazing
