服務十分好，因為要早上7點check out而未能吃到已包括的早餐，酒店服務員安排前一晚送入房給我們， 等我們check out後可以帶走早餐上火車吃，安排得十分好👍

Cozy environment & yummy breakfast

Good location with excellent breakfast. Stayed in the Family Room with sufficient space to use as well. But with hot temperature during day time, the room was too hot to sleep with only 2 small electric fans. The street that the hotel is situation is very quite at night and need to get aware of the security if you arrive hotel late.

The bed mattrass was too soft and the blanket did not have cover. There was only a sheet of cloth to separate you and the blanket and gave you a feeling of discomfort. In respect of breakfast served, not bad except the sausage tasted like an eraser. Staff are nice and helpful. Otherwise all acceptable.

It located at few minutes walk distance from KGX/STP railway stations. Public transport is convinent for buses and tube. Restaurants are easily found for lunch and dinner. I have no time to try their breakfast so I cannot give comment here.

地理位置好，近公共巴士及地鐵站。周邊環境清靜，窗外是羽毛球运動場。酒店也應翻新不久，干淨，清潔。 只是如需拿重行李上樓，比較辛苦一些。

電熱水壺很髒，整體感覺也不是很清潔，免費wifi很慢，早餐味道還可以，地理位置不錯，離地鐵站及火車站蠻近（10分鐘內路程）

Good variety of food and lovely atmosphere for the breakfast. Three tables for two face the window. Nice to sit there and look out at the street scene. Hotel in a good area for enjoyable walks. Room too small for comfort.

Nice hotel, stayed one night and the staff were friendly & professional. The whole place was spotlessly clean throughout but the star of the stay was the breakfast. This was one of the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, good quality ingredients and prepared to perfection. Will be staying again when travelling through London.

The staff were friendly and the room was nicely serviced during our stay. Breakfast was pleasant. We were able to drop our bags before our check in and collect them after we had checked out. My companion had left an item in our room and this was found, and kept with our bags, ready for collection at the end of the final day during our visit.

Lovely hotel - clean room, comfy beds, everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast excellent. Location perfect for King’s Cross station and Russel Square underground only 5 mins walk away. We would definitely stay again.
