有陽台讓我有悠閒的感覺 沒有電熱瓶可以借 而且規定不可以自己洗衣服

Excelente lugar. Única decoración en su tipo. Lleno de antigüedades. Las instalaciones muy bien. Nuevas y renovado.

Hôtel très bien ( c est pas des chambres c est des apparts vu la grandeur ) et enfin une vrai douche Bien placé ( métro , commerce ,centre ville ) La deco pas commune Le personnel au top

I dont know how this is considered a 3 star hotel. The 'bathroom' was a poorly walled of corner of the room. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on. You could feel the springs and overall, they were very hard. The room reeked of mildew. Because if the bathroom situation there was very little room around the bed. The lighting was awkward. Because the 'bathroom' was in the room with a partial sliding glass door, anyone getting up to use it in the night blasted the other person with very bright lights. The pillows were lumpy. The linens were dingy. They should have spent less on weird decor and more on making the rooms decent.

This hotel is almost like staying in a museum with great memorabilia on display everywhere. The room was a little outdated but very comfortable with good AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. It was a bit of a walk to the river area but we didn’t mind. We enjoyed our stay

Service was great! But walls are thin and doors are loud. We heard people around us. Bed and pillows were poor. It’s in a great area! Ease of walking was great. Just a little loud and beds were not great.

Personnel au top, très réactif lors d’une demande. Hôtel proche du centre de Porto, de la gare principale, des autres transports en commun. Hôte avec la décoration atypique, vintage, mais trop beau. Les chambres au calme mais mériteraient un peu plus d’insonorisation au niveau du couloir.

very bad smell from the toilet/bathroom. Very bad /no internet in my room. When I asked to fix / or find solution I didn’t hear anything later. Nice staff and helpful 🙏

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde. Odalar temizlik ve konfor açısından yeterli. Tüm otellere geri dönüşümlü terlik koyulabilirse her şey daha iyi olacak.

This was BY FAR the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was EXCELLENT. The location is a block from the main tourist area. The amenities were OUTSTANDING. And the rooftop bar was the best way to end a long day of being a tourist. I would highly recommend this hotel and, hopefully, would book a room there again. Gosh, what a great place!

O hotel mencionava estacionamento e não tinha, simplesmente disseram que o problema era nosso (se vira), procurar estacionamento numa cidade que não conhecemos e numa região de difícil acesso…

Séjour parfait. Ne pas oublier de confirmer la réservation sinon elle est annulée.

séjour en famille durant les fêtes de Noël,je connaissais cet hôtel et il est très sympa.le personnel parle français ,ce qui facilite les échanges.Très pratique pour visiter Porto à pied.il y a également une bonne offre de restauration aux alentours de l'hôtel. petit plus ,j'ai apprécié l'installation d'une table pour 8 afin que nous puissions prendre le petit déjeuner tous ensemble.

very old and not refurbished. Ventilation of bathroom is insufficient. Room is to small. What we paid and what we get do not justify
