We had a great stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was convenient in a nice neighbourhood.

非常好的住宿體驗，如果在意網路訊號的朋友，需要猶豫一下，有提供WIFI ，但是訊號滿不穩定的，除了使用網路上會使用到快發脾氣，但整體上是好的體驗！尤其每個員工都非常友善！

Location is convenient and located in the safe zone 6, close to some tourist attractions, e.g. Luxembourg Garden, walkable distance to Notre Dame and Seine River etc, easy access to metro stations. Reception staff is friendly and helpful but for the cleaning, the standard fluctuates- sometimes they give the standard number of towels, sometimes they provide less but overall clean and tidy. The location itself is a quiet place but still on main street, so you can enjoy some good sleep at night. Except the sound proof among rooms is so so, we heard our neighbour slamming the door when go out very early in the morning and late at night which is quite annoying. Room size is reasonable and enough to put two big size luggage.

Wonderful staff - so helpful and great location!

Sadly, not quite the stay I was expecting. The building is being renovated - no mention of this in advance and the hotel front door didn’t lock. I was concerned about my safety but it was late & I just wanted to grr er t to bed. More of the hotel is being updated and no breakfast available - I was given a card to go to a local place for a pancake. Bed was comfy, room was clean enough but I was concerned for my personal safety so checked out early.

Almost missed it because the front of the property was completely boarded up with graffiti. Inside had exposed drywall and painters tape, wiring exposed and amenities very limited. Not what you want after a 14-hour flight. Property refused any assistance. Expedia same except for lane tokens. And yes, pictures were taken. My last effort with Expedia and this place too.

Il aurait dû être signalé à l’avance que l’hôtel était en rénovation. L’entrée et la réception étaient des espaces étroits. De plus, nous avons reçu peu, voire aucune information. Nous avions également un petit-déjeuner pour une personne inclus dans notre séjour. Cependant, lorsque nous avons posé la question le premier jour, on nous a répondu qu’ils reviendraient vers nous. Nous avons donc payé pour trois jours de petit-déjeuner que nous n’avons pas reçus. Il y avait de nouvelles personnes à la réception chaque jour, aussi bien le soir que tôt le matin. De plus, nous avons reçu un étui pour nos clés de chambre contenant des tickets à gratter. Nous avons gagné un surclassement, mais lorsque nous sommes descendus le montrer, on nous a dit qu’il s’appliquait au prochain séjour et non à celui-ci. Cela n’avait pas été précisé, ni indiqué nulle part. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel à l’avenir, car nous estimons que l’hôtel n’a offert aucune compensation.

Though staff were friendly, we were disappointed in the property itself. It was rated as a 4 star hotel and we have stayed in many 4 star properties; this was a 3 at best. The room was much smaller than expected, the safe didn’t work, the mattress was poor quality, and overall the room did not offer any amenities typically associated with 4 star hotel. We were also not informed that the kitchen was closed with construction in progress at the property despite the fact we had breakfast included with our room.

Newly renovated hotel in a great location. Cozy and comfortable. Only downside is that there is no proper lobby. And the shower door in my room wasn’t sealed properly so the floor got all wet!

Friendly staff, good location. On 1st floor could hear underground metro trains & could be a bit noisy first thing in the morning people in other rooms using shower etc. Reception getting upgrade but no impact on room. Would stay again.

Hotel situate in Bd. Saint Michel, near by RER B Luxembourg, it’s easy to arrive. Hotel is under construction, but room is clear and perfect. The lady who helps me check in is kindly. I enjoy my stay.

We recently stayed at Le Lapin Blanc and overall had a very good experience. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for Paris, and the bathroom was a great size. The staff was excellent—bilingual, very friendly, and always helpful. There were a few downsides. The lobby is extremely small and can feel cramped if more than a couple of people are there at once. While I liked the bathroom overall, I wasn’t a fan of the plastic, “porta potty”-style toilet (just a personal preference). The biggest issue was the elevator. It is extremely tiny—so small that my family of three with carry-on bags exceeded the weight limit. It also triggered claustrophobia for me, so we ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our stay, which was tough after long days of sightseeing. That said, the location is excellent—the room is well air conditioned and it’s an easy walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and other attractions.

The staff was so kind and helpfull - The hotel was not fully open due to renovation this Easter 2026, which was of course a minus but The rooms were really nice and The hotel is really well located for many attractions and can be recommended.
