Great stay! Central location in St Germaine walkable to the majority of the city. The spa is a nice way to unwind at the end of day. Staff are incredible!

The stay was fine. Location was excellent. There is no concierge and staff (one in particular) appeared unfamiliar with how to get around. Instructions when asked were vague and unhelpful. We also found it a bit noisy at night and early morning. We would however stay again and ask for different rooms.

It was an excellent stay albeit a short one. The staff were amazing, especially Natasha and the young man who worked the front desk at night. They went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. Thank you!

Ne jamais prendre une chambre donnant sur la rue du cherche midi, nous avons eu l’impression de dormir dehors, pas de double vitrage. Mauvaise nuit et le personnel le sait car ils vous font bien remarqué que vous avez pris une cambre moins chère coté ruechambre moins chère

We enjoyed our stay! We’ll stay there again when we return to Paris. Staff were amazing, from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant! Love the place! Natasha thank you for everything! ❤️

Clean and spacious room but really not worth the price paid!! One of the receptionist needs to change her job, she did not open her mouth! Hospitality 0. Cant keep 4 towels at all time for 2 PAX, only 2, so they stay wet… Not sure Ill come back.

The room was so cute and well appointed. The bathroom was lovely with a large bathtub, Nice tile and top of the line fixtures. Plenty of nice amenities. Loved the Nespresso bar nestled in the closet.

Very helpful and accommodating staff Very clean Perfect location - lots of cafès and shops right out the door. Chic neighborhood- you can walk to St Germain, Marais, Orsay museum, Louvre

Nice hotel. Unfortunately we had some mis haps with availability for room bottled water and morning coffee but after the second notification of the problem it was easily resolved. Shout out to the morning and midday front desk. Easy walk to metro and Le Bon Marche. Very important when you are an avid shopper. Thanks to the staff!

Chambre confortable mais sombre comme le reste de l'hôtel. Accueil sympathique. Pas eu le temps de tester piscine et spa.
