Location was fantastic and staff were very friendly. However the Wifi service was terrible, constantly not available. The shower screen was too small, causing water to splash everywhere. The TV remote didn't have the ability to change the volume, this had to be done via the TV and that took a while to work out. There was a capsule coffee machine provided in the room. There was no fridge.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Upon arrival we were greeted warm and friendly and the front desk staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was leaking down the wall and onto the twin bed. The twin bed became soaked and we put towels down and pulled the bed out from the wall. We let the front desk know, and they said they would be on it. Their fix was to pull out the bed even further, leaving no room to walk and putting more towels into a bucket. The next day they tried putting cloths directly into the air conditioner and use tape. Of course we’ve taken a number of pictures and we also reached out to the hotel. They offered to buy us breakfast on our last day but time did not allow for that. When I email them after our stay. I received a friendly email stating that they would give us a discounted rate the next time we stayed in Paris. Again the condition of the room for over €600 a night was unacceptable.

I recently booked with this hotel due to the amazing location. However, my room was filthy and smelled of dust, mildew, and mold. The fabric on the walls seemed to have never been vacuumed or cleaned, and the pictures and mirrors dropped tons of dust out of them. Unfortunately, I had to check out early, as the hotel room made me extremely sick and I was unable to breathe during the entirety of my stay. The hotel staff was rude and would not offer any type of accommodation to remedy the situation. The hotel offered no refund for checking out three days early. The first time I asked for a remedy of the situation, I never heard back from the front desk. The second time I asked, they told me to wait until the next day to sort it out. The next day, they told me to wait one more day for the manager to be available, and they still did not do anything to remedy the situation. After posting a similar review to Google, the hotel responded to the review stating they offered me another room and I declined, and that the smell was due to recently changing the carpets. This is a lie, as I was told they could not offer me another room as all rooms will be the same problem. Had they offered me a room where they didn’t recently stir up a ton of dust from changing the carpets, I would have gladly accepted. Not only is the place filthy, but they are un trustworthy. Do not stay here!

Beautiful and quiet hotel. Service was pleasant and the breakfast was delicious.

Enjoyed our 3-night stay at Hotel de Seine. Quiet location, calm, friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with old world charm. View of court yard was not too special, though from 6th floor room could see the top of the Eiffel Tower, including when it goes sparkly on the hour. We ended up having breakfast around the corner at Cafe Le Moliere, as they had a range of prices for different size appetites.

Cozy and nice hotel! only issue was that it was 30 degrees outside and the hotel had thick winter duvets on the beds so we were really really warm at night.

Staff were great, rooms are a bit dated. Area is really good.

Razoável. Pagamos muito caro, aliás caríssimo pelo quarto. Primeira queixa: hotéis .com não honrou o compromisso de menor preço. Seus concorrentes chegaram a oferecer quase A METADE do valor, e não consegui fazer valer o compromisso. Entubei isso. O quarto era minúsculo. Embora tenha sido contratado um quarto executivo de 23 m. Mal dava pra andar. Armário mínimo. O café da manhã era bizarro. Na bancada não tinha café. Tínhamos que ficar aguardando por vários minutos até que alguém aparecesse para nos trazer café. Ou seja, se tornava uma chatice esperar alguém aparecer. Muitas das vezes comíamos todo o café da manhã, sem o CAFÉ!!! Ainda sobre o café da manhã, pouquíssima opção e muitas vezes acabava até mesmo o croissant (na França!!) e tínhamos que ficar com o pão de forma. Esqueça de frutas ou salada de frutas. Não tinha. A localização entretanto era excelente. Os funcionários em geral muito educados, sociáveis.

This was a great place to stay, plenty of places to eat and stores to shop at. Would definitely recommend, the area is excellent. Will come back.

Perfect location, great triple room, lovely staff. The beds were super comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked delicious.

Friendly and efficient staff, room and lobby spotless. Lounge is a cozy spot to relax and read the complimentary newspapers.
