The service was good in general except when we asked for complimentary bottled water after one was given two days ago after arrival, we were not notified it would be charged until we clarified with the female staffs again after requesting a bottled water.

从戴高乐机场乘坐RER-B线，在巴黎铁路北站(Gare du Nord)转地铁M5线，坐五站至Breguet-Sabin下车，出地铁步行两分钟即抵达酒店。交通十分方便尤其行李较多的时候，因为巴黎地铁通常都没有扶手电梯，倒换车是十分吃力的事情。酒店房间面积比较小，但还算舒适，冲凉花洒冷热水充足，酒店的性价比感觉一般般，同样价格和同样舒适的酒店在巴黎应该有很多选择。

C’est la 2ème fois que je séjourne dans cette hôtel . La première fois, la chambre était très bien. Cette fois, j’avais réservé 2 chambres. La 1ère, était aussi bien que la fois précédente mais la seconde n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Déjà, à la réception on m’a dit qu’elles étaient l’une à côté de l’autre, alors que pas du tout. Mais surtout la chambre donnait sur une mini cour intérieure (chambre 55) qui donnait sur un mur avec le bruit des climatiseurs. Heureusement qu’elle se situait au 5ème étage parce qu’elle est très sombre et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit de la clim. J’ai été très déçue par l’habitude de la réceptionniste suite au refus à ma demande de changer de chambre ! Dommage, j’en gardais un bon souvenir…

Atendimento excelente. Os quartos, contudo, deixam a desejar pela falta de espaço, frigobar disposto em local inconveniente, chuveiro pequeno e acaba por vazar muita água. Apesar da classificação no app, deve-se ter em mente que se trata de um hotel categoria 3 estrelas.

We didn't have breakfast as we usually go for breakfast in a nearby cafe. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room has good ac and the staff were friendly too. It's 4 minutes to walk to the nearest Metro and Marais is a nice and over looked area of Paris.

This hotel is situated really well. The Bastille area has a lot to offer and is in easy walking distance for most landmarks. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast was just what we needed to set us up for the day.

The Staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The location is great for walking the city and accessing the subway. They held our bag for us when we arrived till our room was ready and after checking out till we headed to the airport. The rooms were adequate in size and clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are updated and have great water pressure and hot water. The walls are thin and can hear from other rooms or others taking showers. There is coffee in the room and plenty of closet space for belonging.

Great location as a starting point for any destination you plan, great walks to the Bastille and Sień

Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations. Compared to my other experiences with 3 stat hotels, this one was far above others. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice and fluffy. The courtyard facing room was very quiet (try to reserve one). Pride of ownership is evident in the general repair and condition of the property. Neat decor too . The staff were very helpful, especially Allisandra, she was very personable and caring and followed up on our experience with the recommendations made to us. She even found us a way to buy tickets when it appeared none were available.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and modern.

We were very happy with our stay and recommend Hotel Marais Bastille. The size of our room was fine with plenty of room for luggage, closet hanging space and counter top space in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was also very clean. The “view” of the courtyard was a view of the three sides of buildings. However, we were mainly in our room to sleep, so a view was not important. We were glad our room was only one floor up, since we were able to use the stairs except to move our luggage upon arrival and departure. The elevator is very small, accommodating two people or one person and some luggage. When we departed, we had to wait about 10 minutes before the elevator was available. Again, this was not important, but something to be aware of. We were very happy to find that the stop for Bus 69 that directly serves the Louvre and Musee D’Orsay was very close to the hotel. Our bus journeys were mostly trouble free, but be aware that return service changes in the evening. Our outbound half hour trip became a return trip of two hours one evening, because we had difficulty finding the correct connections. Two highlights were how quiet our room was and the service from Olivia who runs the breakfast room. Not only was our room quiet, but the neighborhood is quiet at night as well. Although the breakfast room is very small, the selection is fine, especially the apple cake that Olivia makes herself. She also serves lattes, etc., as part of breakfast. Olivia is a treasure.

This quiet hotel turned out to be perfect for us. Welcoming staff and amenities, and an easy walk from Bastille and le Marais make this one one my favourite in Paris.
