代客親切 賓至如歸

價錢太貴、沒服務、房間舊，間隔差、沒隔音，說句話大聲點被投訴，酒店牆隔音差，幹嘛要怪在我們頭上？！

整體上滿意，唯房內冷氣/暖氣運作時，過於噪吵，晚上睡覺時只好關掉，早餐未有享用，未能評分。

房間真的小，但是地鐵很方便連結性強。 英文流利，香榭麗舍大道和凱旋門都非常近。 安靜也乾淨

酒店的地理位置一流，但是我的房间太小，连个箱子打开都放不下。

The lift too small, but the room is big. Over all is well.

Very convenient location which is about 5 minutes distance from the subway and very close to the Av des Champs-Elysees. The room is not big but very comfortable and clean with strong air-conditioning in summer. Both the pillows and bed are not soft that we can have a good sleep. There is a big window and the lightings in the room is sufficent. The design is also modern. Breakfast is okay without too many choices. The lady and the man in the reception are very nice too. I must stay in this hotel if I come back Paris again.

Stayed in Paris for my best friends birthday celebrations Upon arrival our room had been decorated with a beautiful birthday message! So thoughtful! The rooms were immaculate, very well stocked and so quiet! The staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating The location was perfect! We would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you!

In a very lively area, with plenty of shops and restaurants of any ethnicity. Close to Rue de Ternes, it is convenient for tourism or any conference at the Palais des Congrès (just 15' walking distance). The room was very clean, quiet despite being on the groundfloor close to reception. Bathroom quite big with a walk-in shower. AC was pleasant, as well as overall services. Free umbrella at hands. I purchased the breakfast that was quite rich, with fresh ingredients and a good variety. A nice boutique hotel.

Nice hotel hidden away from noisy street. Great for what we needed for our girly trip - nice clean rooms, good bathrooms. We were upgraded to a triple room which was fantastic. Single bed was a bit creaky which was slightly annoying but overall a great stay for a reasonable price.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is small, but nice, cozy, and very functional.

Laundry and groceries nearby. AC in need of upgrade.
