We stayed as a family of three (2 adults and a 6 year old). Before arriving I was a bit apprehensive as I’d read reviews that the rooms were small. The rooms aren’t massive but they aren’t tiny either. The beds were comfortable and we all had a really good nights sleep. We were there for 5 nights and on some of the nights you could hear the people above but on others you couldn’t, so it’s pot luck as to who your neighbours are as it was obvious that it was different people of different nights. There is a car park opposite, should you need one (a multi-storey paid one you have to pay for). We loved the location. Close to the metro and the Arc De Triomphe. It was nice to head out and see the Arc de Triomphe every day. We didn’t have breakfast, preferring to grab a coffee and pastries from the local bakeries- which there are plenty of. There’s a Starbucks a minute walk away. I’d recommend staying here. We chose it as it was close to the Paris Marathon start and finish line. I’d stay here again.

The hotel t’s very clean but the refrigerator was very small.

5 mins walk from arch de triompe / 45 mins walk to eiffell tower. If you are disabled in a wheel chair you cannot use the metro as they do not have lifts. River boat really good and caters for wheel chair users so does the eiffell tower.

Ac was kept running hot

Staff was lovely. Room efficient and stylish.

Excellent location with nearby access to the metro. Staff were very helpful.

Poor staff service

Language barrier, and leaving the room key when going out, did not sit right with me at all. Did I go to a hostel or an hotel? The first room was dirty then changed to another but no apologies.

The front desk staff were awesome, and a special shout out to the lady (i am so sorry i did not get your name). You were so friendly and welcoming, i felt at home. The gentlemen were great too. The facilities were clean and well kept. My only suggestion would be to set the timmer on the lights in the hallways a bit longer or let them come on automatically with motion. Other than that, great stay for us and i would highly recommend.

good location - good staff - but room too small

very nice place to stay. close to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

Small property was comfortable and suited my needs (4 day city break with my grandson).

Central to arc de triomphe and all attractions at this end, metro station around the corner, staff were excellent always on hand if needed, room was cleaned every day, close to a convenience store and plenty of restaurants.

i didn’t like the bedroom

Really nice location as it is centrally located in front of the arc de triomphe! Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping options however the wifi in my room was really unreliable as was my data. It seemed to be an issue with the room I was given cause my data/wifi worked better outside my room. Just for reference I was in room 12 downstairs... Won't recommend that room but the staff was really nice
