The stay is good. Location is good and safe. All staff are good except the female staff who served at the breakfast area. She was unfriendly and rude.

交通方便，周圍購買水果、麪包的雜貨店就在隔壁，三明治和簡便的午餐及晚飯的店家就在附近，地鐵站在附近，只要走幾步路就可以坐地鐵遊巴黎，離凱旋門只有兩條街，去所旅遊的景點交通都很方便。下回我再透過貴公司訂旅館可以打折嗎？

La chambre était propre et très calme. Le lit en revanche inconfortable et au moindre mouvement le bois grinçait. Pour le personnel toutes les réceptionnistes femmes étaient très accueillantes et serviables ainsi que le monsieur qui m’a fait l’accueil. C’était un gros plus. En revanche l’homme en costume pas très accueillant ni serviable, on a l’impression de le déranger dans ses discussions avec la réceptionniste. Le séjour reste agréable, la localisation est parfaite.

El persona sumamente amable, la habitación muy bien, limpia y agradable. Igual podrian limpiar mejor las juntas de los mosaicos de la regadera para que aún estuviera mejor. Pero en general excelente.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes avec 2 lits simples pour 1 nuit, chambre très propre, climatisée, hôtel très propre également, le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique, l'hôtel est très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro, proche de l'arc de triomphe, de nombreux restaurants dans la rue des accacias, vraiment rien à dire, c'était parfait.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Water pressure was great!

The location of the hotel is great, close to many historical sites. The breakfast is modest, but ok. The only think I would suggest for improvement- is to add some shelves in the bathroom. No place even to put shampoo in the shower.

Veldig hyggelig personale, helt ok hotell og fin plassering. En stjerne ned fordi det burde vært et minikjøleskap på rommene med den varmen som var, og frokosten var en smule stusselig. Men det gjorde oss ingenting, vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet!😄

The location was very convenient to the Metro and restaurants. Breakfast options were very good and the receotionn staff were always helpful and pleasant. While the room was small, it was thoughtfully decorated and laid out with everything you may need. It's a great value in Paris.

The room was great. Was clean, fresh, but in need of more towels. The breakfast was fine but maybe add a bit more to the menu such as bacon and eggs? Overall is was fine.

Bom custo benefício, localização otima, bem próxima do metrô, bairro tranquilo! As instalações são mais antigas, mas o quarto e banheiro são de um tamanho bom, boa quantidade de tomadas no quarto, café da manhã simples,com poucas opções, porem bem saboroso!

The room was far too small, the bathroom door only half opened as it hit the bed. You had to stand side on under the shower as if you stood under the shower your face touched the shower screen There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room The breakfast was very poor

Room and hotel was clean and in a lovely walkable area. Close to Arc de Triumphe and 25 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Small room that has been recently upgraded. So stylish and comfortable. No coffee maker, no fridge, no AC. Even though the area is quiet for Paris, there was still a lot of street noise right out our window that made it impossible to sleep with the window open. Staff was cordial Breakfast was ok… no warm food…. Saw a lot better during our stay in Europe

Petit hôtel extrêmement bien placé, chambre petite mais pas trop, propre et confortable et surtout calme et bien isolée de l’extérieur. Le personnel est parfait - la dame à l’accueil est d’une gentillesse désarmante - et le petit déjeuner correct. Excellent rapport qualité/prix à deux pas des transports.

Amamos o hotel! Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto é ótimo, o banheiro muito limpo e com um ótimo chuveiro. Além de super bem localizado. Definitivamente retornaremos

Os funcionários do café da manhã eram muito mau humorados.

Staff super atento , cerca de muchas atracciones , restaurantes, una muy buena ubicación., me encontré raro que no te piden una identificación. Cuando sales de la habitación debes dejar tu llave en recepción y cuando llegas solo das tu número de habitación, no te piden ninguna identificación y eso me resultó extraño , pero todo funcionó a la perfección
