房間的毛巾跟被單很髒，上面會有東西 吹風機必須跟櫃台借，工作人員會要求你馬上歸還 置物櫃需要自己付款，且行李箱如果比較大的話根本放不進去 隔音很差，隔壁房間進出和講話的聲音都聽的很清楚

這間旅店可能因為地處馬德里太陽門地鐵站附近，客房有點小小舊舊的，隔音普通，寄存行李要另外使用付費 locker，但服務人員很專業快速，交通與餐飲也很便利，附近小偷很多。

Well, the hotel is clean and nice. And close to almost everywhere. However, we have a bad mood in the last day we stay. It would be little problem to leave luggage for 2 euros charge. But I think I will almost remember it need one 2 euros coin instead of two 1 euros. The staff was really mad and rude. But the cleaner was nice, helpful and fixed our problem.

The location is excellent. Although it is not a super quiet location, people are out walking and eating and drinking all night. Gets quiet about 6am. The hostal is clean and comfortable. It was a perfect stay.

Well-located, charming vintage hotel was practical, budget-friendly, and comfortable. Our utilitarian room was ready slightly early, which was helpful upon arrival in Madrid. However, we must remove a star for bathroom problems. The toilet tank did not always refill and therefore did not always flush. Also, a frosted glass door with gaps exposed to the room is NOT an adequate bathroom door in a small hotel room with three adults. Install real, closing, solid doors. Otherwise, the hotel itself had attractive accents in hallways and doorways, and was right in the heart of Centro district.

Great location. Balcony was nice. Good basic accommodation.

Es un hostal muy centrico ( a unos 300m de la Puerta del sol ) sin embargo reinaba un silencio total en la habitación, es verdad que daba a un patio pero mejor total solo iba a dormir, no se oia ningún ruido de la calle que esta llena de bares y restaurantes. Destacaria la limpieza, el personal muy amable , su ubicación , mejor inmejorable y se veia que estaba recién reformado. Para mi es un hostal de 10, lo recomiendo sin ningún pero...

Sencillo, pero todo bien y muy céntrico.

Habitacion amplia y limpia. Personal agradable

Faltaba algun espejo y secador.. Por lo demás estaba bien..

O banheiro era ótimo, novinho! O quarto era bom, mas um pouco apertado para 3 pessoas com malas.

Room was super cute and clean. Very walkable to area attractions. The staff was very nice and gave us a great, not so touristy, recommendation for delicious paella
