有電梯, 房間空間大, 我住在負一樓, 网絡信號較差

交通很方便，但房間非常小！小到我以為那是員工的宿舍，連打開行李箱都有困難！不過每天都打掃的很乾淨，早餐不好吃，千萬不要買！

飯店與地鐵及鐵路車站都非常近(不到3分鐘)，所以雖然與多個熱門景點有段距離，但都能方便到達，利用Paddington鐵路車站到牛津也非常便利，在這段旅遊期間感受交通便利的便利。住房還算乾淨舒適，但衛浴空間有些小，使用慧覺得壅擠。Paddington車站內有超市，方便採購。

洗手间墙壁有黑斑，其它都比较好。靠近火车站和地铁，早餐丰富，比外面平易好多。

酒店位於paddington站5分鐘內的步利範圍,附近有很多餐廳,酒店職員服務態度也很好, 但是酒店房間太少, 設施老舊, 整潔狀況也非常一般, 遊客請自行考慮.

訂房時已全付款了，入住時酒店還打印單據說我們未付款，還好是我們有打印單據作証，地點好，四人房空間尚可，浴室太細抽氣差有異味，房間地板行過時發出聲音，地毯沒吸，有一天回房時發現窗打開了，由於住在路面層較近街，這樣做法較為危險，酒店較舊。

I had to move baggage from G/F to 2/F through staircase and no lift service.

Pros: Nice Staff, welcome to inquiry for foreign traveler question. Near to Paddington Station, walking time around 5 minute. Provide budget room for budget traveler. Lift provided. Free tea & coffee & water heater provided in room. Room size around 70 sqr. ft. Cons: Bathroom facility very old. Shower water flow very low, just enough for a simply shower. Overall: (My booking is a around 50 pound room) Good for 1 night staying, like transit. If prefer to stay for a while, you may feel not so comfort due to the sanitary facility not good enough.

The hotel is very closed to Paddington Station with quite many restaurants nearby. However, the lift was not working when we arrived on Saturday evening and it was only fixed until Monday noon. There was only one lift that can arrive to the floor that our room locates. We need to take another lift and take the luggage downstairs for one floor for both check in and check out. There is also no small tea table for placing some stuff and no shelf in the bathroom. The room is not spacious but it is acceptable when its price and location are included into consideration.

overall speaking, it's good, except the room is a bit small.

Great location! Very convenient to go Paddington Metro in 5 minutes. Good value for money because we stayed in the underground room. Much cheaper and acceptable to stay for 2 nights. Some nice restaurant nearby offer good English breakfast which only costs 5 pounds.

Hotels.com states this hotel has elevator, however when I checked in, they assigned a room on the first floor where no elevator can access (the staff told us to take the stairs and said "It is JUST one floor!"). I requested to change to another room, but the staff said NO another twin bed room but only double bed room's left, which was on B1/F, with window facing an outdoor stair connected to the sidewalk. The room (and washroom) was very small, no air conditioning and air ventilation was very poor. It was very noisy in the morning as staffs walked and workmen dumped heavy materials just outside the window. I stayed 8 nights and every night when I got back the room smelled unpleasantly because of the poor air ventilation. The hotel staffs never supplied another twin bed room to us throughout our staying there. Be aware that the hotel does not provide slipper, tooth brush and toothpaste. No free wifi. Good thing is the staffs were generally nice, the room was cleaned properly, and the location was convenient.

I was on a business trip for 2 nights. It was a price / performance choice for me, which indeed was generally OK. The main problem was wi-fi. Even in the lobby, the connection was worse than bad. Consider it there is no wi-fi. The breakfast was good. The personnel was good. Bathrooms and toilets are small (this is common in UK)

I stayed on the 5th floor and was grateful for the (very slow) elevator. The room was relatively quiet for London but the heater did not manage to heat against the cold air coming through the not very well insulated window early January when it was freezing outside. The room was of reasonable size and all key items you would expect (kettle, cup, tea, coffee, wardrobe and TV) available. The TV didn't work, but I got that fixed through bringing the remote to reception and a change of batteries, the kettle didn't fit into the tiny sink but a water bottle could fill it. There were a few hairs on the bed linen, dust in specific places and cups not washed daily. The shower head was blocked but even after cleaning it myself, the shower pressure was very low - causing some difficulties getting shampoo out of the hair. The room/bathroom could do with some TLC but I have seen worse in London. The staff was polite and helpful and the reception 24 hours manned.

Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, erkennbar älter, aber sauber. Positiv fanden wir, dass neben britischen auch zwei EU-Steckdosen vorhanden waren.

Le falta limpieza, renovación a las instalaciones, además una noche no sirvió la calefación!!!
