I booked this hotel for my friend. She was in town for a night. It’s very quaint it also had a little kitchen. Very cute for one night stay. there are steps so if you have a big suitcase, just know that you will have to get it up the stairs. The staff was very nice. They do serve breakfast in the morning for a small fee. it’s in one of the best locations in CANNES. And just across the street from one of the popular restaurants called Le Mome .. close to the beach just a few blocks and in the other direction, just a half a block to the main shopping street Rue D’ Antibes as well as train station. Could not ask for a better location.

Great stay! Clean and affordable accommodation for a 1-2 nights stay! Continental breakfast was included with our stay, which was perfect. Very good AC in the hotel and room and very good WIFI too. Close to the beach, grocery store if you need something. Market in the morning. Noisy at night due to the restaurants across the street (loud music til 11pm ish).

Hôtel très bien placé, un bonheur de pouvoir tout faire à pied et malgré l'ambiance très festive de la rue, on est au calme dans les chambres. J'avais une petite chambre pour ma première nuit et le réceptionniste m'a gentiment proposé de me surclasser si ça ne me convenait pas et c'est ce qu'il s'est passé, j'ai eu une chambre plus spacieuse et au calme! la climatisation est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner manque de fruits ou pdts laitiers, mais pour le prix, on ne peut pas se plaindre, le pain et les croissants frais étaient parfait! Merci pour ce beau séjour, je vous dis à bientôt!!

The room was spacious and basic amenities were provided but that’s very sufficient. Can’t beat the location of the place which is located minutes from La Croisette. Would stay here again!

Great apartment and convenient location, but our apartment was located on 3rd floor and there was NO elevator for our large luggage while they indicated that their properties have elevator!!

The staff was super kind! We checked out early to take a tour that ended in Cannes and they allowed us to use luggage so we didn’t need to walk our luggage back to the car at the train station garage! The even messaged me to let me know I forgot a power adapter in my room and they put it with my luggage! How kind and honest!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à peine du palais du Festival, au cœur des rues commerçantes. L'accueil fut très agréable et le petit-déjeuner tout simplement parfait ! La chambre en elle même était simple, bien décorée, et au calme.

Nous avons séjourné à quatre personnes. La chambre nous a plu. Elle est propre, il y a une plaque de cuisson, de la vaisselle et des appareils électroménagers. À une minute à pied de la promenade du front de mer. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise et en sécurité. Merci !

Insonorisation des chambres à revoir. Personnel très bien. Pas de pression d eau dans la douche .Hotel familiale accueillant, mais à rafraîchir.

Proper maar superklein. Helemaal niet zoals op de foto. We hadden om parkeerplaats gevraagd maar die was niet beschikbaar.

Probleme: 1. Es ist überhaupt kein Hotel, sondern Vermietung nicht benutzbarer Appartements während der Hochsaison. Wir waren im 1. Stock, open house, Lärm von Restaurant war dermassen extrem, dass wir bei geschlossenem Fenster bis Mitternacht den Fernseher bei maximaler Lautstärke nicht hören konnten. 2. Für 3 Personen gebucht, nur ein Doppelbett vorhanden. 3. Kein Lift und Gepäck mühsam von überteuertem Parking herangeschleppt ( über € 30.- für 14 Stunden ), 10 Minuten Fussmarsch bei 35 Grad im Schatten!

Overall a very good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff members and great location. I stayed in one of the apartments that was across the road from the hotel building, and this building did not have an elevator which was a problem for one of my guests. The apartment itself is on a very busy street, directly above several restaraunts that were going off until 2am. One of the bedrooms faced the other way and was more quiet, but the other looks out on the busy loud street. I gace the "quiet" room to my guests and slept in the bedroom facing the restaraunts and it worked out ok, but for some people this could be a problem.
