酒店地點位於半山, 山下附近有一個大商場,走路上去至少要十分鐘,如果有小朋友同老人絕對不會推薦,除非有車代步.房間暖氣被關掉花費了很久才被解決,因為前台晚上值班只有一個人.泳池看起來不錯,健身房要走出泳池才可以去到,沒有跟酒店連在一起.早餐不過不失,房間不大兩個人剛好夠用衛生情況滿意

我在此旅館住了四晚，第一晚過後有些抱怨，但我ㄧ跟旅館反應之後，他們的director馬上半小時後跟我聯繫，確保我得到我所需要的一切，並且針對我的要求做出改善。之後每一天director都會特地問候我，確保我對於旅館的狀況和服務滿意。 優點：服務態度周到良好，盡力讓客人感到舒適。有一個漂亮的泳池。餐點價位適中，好吃。早餐選擇性多樣。旅館價位在旺季仍保持合理價格。房間很大。也有陽台。 缺點：沒有room service, 客人可以電話跟餐廳點餐，但需要自己去餐廳拿取。距離市區有一點距離，雖然附近有巴士站，但從巴士站需要走一段斜坡才能抵達旅館，比較適合有車子的客人，或者不介意爬坡步行7-10分鐘的旅客。 總合來說，這是一家值得推薦的旅館。若我有機會再來Mallorca, 我會很樂意再次選擇這家旅館。

Nice studio room had everything we needed. Shopping centre and restaurant's about 15 min walk away. Bus stop couple of mins walk from hotel to get into Palma town. Only 2 euros for a single ticket.

It’s in many ways an idea hotel close to the beach and a huge shopping centre and with a great 45min walk to Palma centre. And the breakfast is superb! Also a very friendly staff -except for the cleaning personnel, who must have had a very bad week, while we were there

Very clean hotel. Nice pool area with drinks and food available. Location of the hotel was on quite a steep hill and a good 10/15 bus ride into palma and a 10 min walk to the port area. Some of the staff were very nice at the hotel, a lot more approachable than others. We liked that it was situated out of the city centre but if you're mobility isn't too good it may be difficult.

Hotellet ligger typ uppe på "berg", ganska jobbigt att promenera till market osv för att handla sen komma tillbaka. Kan bli jobbigt och dyrt för att ta sig till olika ställen utan bil. Ganska dyr hotell tycker jag då det inte var något speciellt, parkering, kassaskåp fick man betala extra och ingick inte. jätte dåliga sängar. Städning varje dag vilket var positiv. Ganska okej pool. Hade inte tagit samma hotell ifall jag åker till Mallorca igen.

I wish things were more walking distance and not the same breakfast every day. I stayed for 11 days maybe thats why i wanted more different. I also wished they had room service

Definitely it is not a hotel with score 9/10 in hotels.com I made wrong decision based on score and number of votes; after checking-in, I just checked reviewes and found many complain about ranking and score of this hotel.

Väldigt trevlig personal, god frukost. Dock är det högt beläget vilket gör att man behöver ta taxi eller buss till stranden eller in till Palma centrum. Väljer man att ta taxi från hotellet, fixar dem fram en taxi på max en minut - väldigt god service.

Super, nette Mitarbeiter, Frühstück war frisch und viel Auswahl. Ein wenig abgelegen zum nächsten Restaurant, aber sehr ruhig. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall gerne noch mal buchen.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious! The pool was great. We had parking on the property it was super convenient (€10/night). We walked to great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a car because it’s outside of Palma.
