1. 一樓到二樓櫃台無電梯 2. 二樓才有的電梯一次只容納的下一個人+1行李箱 3. 房間所謂的空調是很迷你的風並不是冷氣，大熱天根本頂不著 汗流整夜 4. 電風扇吱吱作響 5. 床罩泛黃 6. 房間小到行李箱打不開，兩人要用借過的方式 7.價格不便宜 8. 吹風機還要特地到櫃台借 9. 地點雖好，但馬賽捷運系統發達，並不需要住舊港區. 綜合以上，可以說是住了絕對後悔的賓館

位置非常不错，出门转弯就是马赛老港，房间太小，太小，明明预定时显示有早饭，结果没有，好订有点骗人了，其他没什么好评论的，就是房间太小太小

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour l’emplacement. Après, j’avais une cuvette de wc qui ne tenait pas, et les chaînes de tv brouillées… Mais personnel très sympa et arrangeant.

Chambre propre et personnel serviable. Hotel bien situé à proximité du port et des commerces. Dommage qu’il n’y ait de petit déjeuner.

As a solo traveller I look want a safe, friendly, comfortable, clean room and I found this little no thrills hotel ticked all those boxes. It was incredibly economical and was right in the middle of the action of the old port within walking distance of everything and connected well by public transport. Safe neighbourhood with lots of eateries, places to visit. The staff were very friendly and polite and willing to help anytime. The only negative was that breakfast was not available but to be honest there were tons of really great cafes within walking distance . The air conditioner was not the best but its central air so bring a small portable bedside fan if you wish. Room quiet at night despite busy outside. Very comfortable bed and nice separate bathroom . The wall socket did not work in my room that was the only real bummer.

The only thing that it's wonderful in the hotel is its place. Other things, AC is central and veryyy low so the room was so hot almost couldn't sleep, bed mattress not so comfortable and heard lot of noose in the night

Deuxième fois que je séjourne dans l'hôtel, l'accueil est toujours agréable et les chambres très bien entretenues. La proximité avec tous les commerces et les moyens de transport possibles en font un excellent choix pour rester à Marseille. Je recommande.

Très bien situé Hôtel simple mais rien à redire

Great location and friendly staff. Basic room. Towels were changed every day. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available during my stay from June 7 to June 12. I was first told the issue would be fixed within two days, but after those two days passed, another staff member informed me that there was an outage affecting the neighborhood and that the connection would only be restored on June 12, the day I was checking out. This was very disappointing, especially since reliable internet was one of the amenities I expected during my stay.

The room was basic, clean, quiet with a kettle. Towels were changed every day which I was not expecting and not really necessary. Helpful receptionists and they very kindly helped me with my heavy case. Great location! Yards from the Opera House and a few metres away from the Old Port. Would recommend it as good value for money.

Long and steep stairs to reception but there is an elevator to the other floors. The room was tiny. I’d asked and paid for a twin but we were given a double and then charged extra to move to a twin. Neither the tv nor the air conditioner worked. No phone or fridge. Great location but that’s pretty much it.
