Poor cleanliness - multiple hair on bedsheet and pillow cases. Despite the staff offered alternative rooms, the second and third rooms got the same issues. Since no other alternatives, we brought sticky tape to remove the hair by ourselves.
Staff - while some listened and apologised for their mistakes, some are very judgemental with an attitude. The management handles our complaints poorly—
1) x3 clothing items left on bed in the morning, and were missing when we returned in the evening.
Reply from management: house keeping team and laundry company are unable to find the items, and they are unable to identify the cause. Conclusion: missing item “can happen”; and refused to any financial compensation.
2) hair on bed in all 3 rooms offered. Despite front desk staff witnessed the issues in all 3 rooms, management’s reply: “that’s strange”
Facilities - poor drainage in shower, and faulty water tap. When the tap is turned on, both shower head and bath tub taps are on, I.e. excessive water coming out. During shower, water built up to above ankles within 2mins of shower. Issues reported; no feedback provided for 2 days. After follow up, we were informed that the maintenance team is waiting for parts to fix the tap. It is disappointing that no updates provided, nor an alternative room being offered.
X2 power outage in one night.
Malfunctioning hair dryer.
Location - excellent location; close to metro and buses stops. But, is it enough to be considered as a good choice???
