In addition to the title, nice view from the window. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Good location. One nitpick i will make is the water pressure but this hotel is without a doubt a good bargain. Solid 9 over 10 :)

飯店服務人員很親切，說明清楚詳細，提供便宜停車位。樓下就是超市，走路約七分鐘到主座教堂，沿路都有餐廳或賣店，很方便。

距離主要景點較遠，房間偏小，空調吵雜，但服務人員態度很好。

Hotel was adequate. Front door entry didn’t work after hours. Had to call someone on duty offsite late and he wasn’t happy to be disturbed. I found some staff to be not friendly.

Clean, good price, perfect location BUT outdated and not appealing.

Prima locatie, net uit de echte drukte van het centrum maar goed aan te lopen. Wij hadden de eerste kamer naast de ontbijtruimte en dat is wel heel storend. Veel herrie van mensen die heen en weer liepen. Prima prijs kwaliteit. Parkeergarage wel heel krap.

I cannot praise the front desk, Irene, enough. She was gracious, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay in Granada and at the Hotel Carlos V so wonderful. Thank you for all your helpful tips, service and smiles.

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. The continental breakfast was good.

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale, con molti locali e ristoranti nell’area circostane. Personale alla reception molto gentike. A circa. una ventina di minuti a piedi dall’Alhambra. Bellissimo panorama dal terrazzo dell’albergo.

Loved the uniqness of the building, ability to leave luggage during the day so can tour the city some more on the day of checkout. There were four to our room and so having another bathroom down the hall was very helpful!

Das Hotel liegt perfekt fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum und der Alhambra. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig mit Käse, Wurst, Schinken, süßem Brotaufstrich, verschiedenes Brot, Croissants, Cerealien, Säften, Kaffee, Obst usw. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und wenn wir nochmal nach Granada kommen, buchen wir unser Zimmer wieder im Hotel Carlos V!

Bed was not comfortable, wifi was weak, a/c was bad, parking was far and tight, Alhambra was 20 minutes uphill, room doesn't have a fridge.

Happy with what I got for the price. Please note that you need to checkin before 9 PM. There is no staff after 9 PM. You will likely need to park in public parking thats 2 mins away as hotel parking will be full. There is carrefour grocery as soon as you get down so very convenient. Taxi cost $10 to Alahambra so quite close. Cathedral is 10-15 mins and lots of places to eat around there.

Excelente la chica de recepción Irene ya que nos atendió muy rápido y bien ya que teníamos el tiempo justo para el tour de la Alhambra y fue muy empatica y nos explicó todo muy bien y rápido. Fue lo mejor, la atención.
