We (family of three) only stayed one night on our way to another destination. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, but our first floor room did feel stuffy and dungeon-like. Upper floors are maybe more open and bright. The location is very central and walkable to known historic sites. Parking was a nightmare, which is not the fault of the hotel, but if you are driving it will be an issue. The hotel does have parking, but unless you get lucky it is likely to be full most. We ended up finding available parking 25 minutes walking distance away.

great old city location. but with that comes (expected) noise from early morning bin collections etc. everything is a balance. super hotel. clean. high quality finish. great staff. v helpful. got us Granada Pass tickets (we didn’t know about them). if only the room had had a kettle. fridge would also have been useful. overall - great 5 day stay. thank you

Parfait, en centre ville direct. Stationnement compliqué pas de parking disponible. Impossible d’entrer dans Grenade sans autorisation. Hôtel très agréable et rénové récemment.

Muito bem localizada, próximo aos pontos de interesse de Granada. Em poucos minutos de caminhada pode-se acessar a todos.

Excelente ubicación. Pleno centro, junto a todo y a la vez en una calle peatonal muy tranquila. Los empleados muy atentos y profesionales.

En general bien, pero pueden mejorar en varios aspectos. Los colchones están malos, rechinan y están muy incómodos. El estacionamiento está lleno y no tiene espacio, tuvimos que dejar el coche muy lejos .. las toallas en el cuarto un poco viejas .. el personal en recepción es amable.

un peu déçu par rapport au prix et au nombre d’étoiles. chambre trop petite donnant sur un mur. mur pas isolé on entend conversation et tuyauterie des voisins. personnels agréable. hôtel propre. petit déjeuner moyen. mais y’a de tout. café en machine. très bon emplacement. laissez la voiture loin si vous ne voulez pas payer 21€/jour

Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center—about 7–10 minutes from the bus stops that go to the Alhambra, Mirador, and other main spots. The staff at reception are also very helpful and friendly. On the downside, the breakfast was disappointing. It’s mostly different types of carbs (bread, pastries, cereals) with just one protein option—the Spanish omelette. After three weeks of traveling, this was easily the weakest breakfast we’ve had. Definitely not worth paying extra for - better to grab something elsewhere.
