A very good location and is just a few feet away from the beach. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the room was clean. The scallops with squid ink rice at the seafood restaurant nearby (a 2-minute walk on the right along the beach) was fantastic.

Excellent service with all the staff. Fresh orange juice and croissant etc for “petit dejeuner”. Great ocean view and location. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

We were upgraded to a room with the ocean view. The staff here gives excellent service. We extended our stay because of how wonderful our entire experience here.

Il n’y a pas de vue partielle sur l’océan depuis la chambre, la vue partielle s’obtient depuis une des extrémités de balcon.

The staff was very welcoming. No beach view it was a garden room. It was easily accessible to the town and walking. Was also clean.

This hotel was simply perfect! It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do ( beach, ferry, wonderful cafes, shopping, and such. The rooms were fabulous! We even got twin beds, which is hard to find sometimes in Europe. The people who worked there were amazing! Valerie, Pauline, and Matthew all helped us so much with great information. They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We know we will be coming back to this hotel, again and again.

Family run hotel. Very warm welcome. Safe secure underground parking (€25 daily). Lovely clean, well appointed and furnished room with a terrace and sea/beach view. Breakfasts were good, plenty of choice and also on the rate we had available in our room at no extra cost. Centrally placed, easy to find and ideal for exploring Arcachon. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Not a budget hotel but you certainly get what you pay for.

Hôtel très bien situé jusque à coté de la jetée Thiers. Une chambre spacieuse avec une literie très confortable et une belle vue sur le bassin. A noter également un personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins pour les clients... Un hôtel à réserver pour tout séjour sur Arcachon...

Belangrijkste punt bij dit hotel is de ontvanst en aandacht dat je als hotelgast krijgt en dat is uitstekend. Onze hond was ook welkom. Voor senioren misschien eennprobleem omdat wij geen lift hebben gezoen en er zijn trappen om de hotelkamers te bereiken.

En arrivant à l'hotel nous avons eu 1 cadeau de surclassement. Grande Chambre tres claire avec la vue magnifique sur la plage. Hotel propre et quel accueil chaleureux! merci! à revenir!
