我最爱的科莫湖畔酒店！ 这家酒店是家族经营的，所有员工都热情友好，服务周到。 这是我第二次入住奥罗拉酒店，我已经预订了下次的房间☀️ 房间非常整洁干净，包括一尘不染的浴室。我注意到酒店已经改用可重复使用的化妆品瓶——做得好！ 这里深受安静守规矩的游客的喜爱。 自助早餐非常棒：鲜榨果汁、当地黄油和鸡蛋，还有各种茶叶可供选择。 餐厅的食物也令人惊艳！新鲜美味，价格也很合理。 我要特别感谢前台的克里斯蒂娜，她在我抵达前的邮件沟通中就非常热情友好，入住期间也一直如此。像她这样的人才是奥罗拉酒店的灵魂所在！ 餐厅的全体员工也值得感谢。 期待下次再见☀️

I had a beautiful, amazing time here. My room had both lake and mountain views out of my balcony. So peaceful. The room was boutique like, comfortable - felt like home. Amazing breakfast buffet- the fresh fruit juicer was the best. Also very nice & helpful staff. When I was stuck in Bellagio due to an accident & road block the staff called a taxi for me & found another route for us to make it back. So grateful. I had a wonderful time here!

My stay at Hotel Villa Aurora in Lezzeno was outstanding. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh items to choose from each morning. The views over Lake Como and the surrounding mountains were absolutely spectacular and made the setting feel truly special. The service throughout my stay was friendly and efficient, and the entire hotel was clean, well maintained, and easy to find. Staff were consistently attentive, receptive, and very helpful with any questions or requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here agaIn’

非常喜欢这家酒店，房间干净漂亮，员工服务周到，餐厅也很棒。露台配有日光浴床，湖边还有一些水上活动。 小镇不大，但附近有几家餐厅和酒吧。 步行即可到达湖上渡轮码头（500米）。 公交车服务可能不太方便，因为有两次公交车到达莱扎诺时都已经满员了。酒店提供便捷的出租车服务。 非常适合入住两到三晚。

我在莱泽诺的奥罗拉别墅酒店住了两晚，体验绝对超出预期。 酒店热情周到，让我倍感宾至如归。 我入住的房间（一间湖景小型套房）是新近装修的，布置雅致。房间氛围温馨舒适，一尘不染，设施一流。最令人惊艳的还是湖景：美得令人窒息，让每一次醒来都成为一种享受。更不用说房间的隔音效果了，完全没有噪音。 早餐也堪称一流：丰盛多样，食材品质上乘。从甜点到咸点，每道菜都精心烹制，令人垂涎欲滴，甚至还提供多种黄油选择，以及自制果汁的选项。 这是一次难忘的住宿体验，我毫不犹豫地推荐这家酒店。
