This is a excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly, and the service is very good while the price is not high

酒店很近車站，步行5分鐘。也很近市中心。 職員(特別是女職員) 親切友善。 房間不算大，但可接受, 浴室空間足夠, 冷氣足夠, 在炎夏很重要。唯房間沒有雪櫃，床較軟。 旅館有電梯, 不過面積很小, 只能容納2-3人

They speak English and all staff friendly, room is very clean, and clean the room everyday, near the lake and station, supermarket just 5 minutes walk, very nice hotel,

離車站與景點很近，房間乾淨，客房人員服務很好，唯一的缺點是房間沒有冰箱（但可以放戶外）、亦沒有熱水器可以煮水。

旅館櫃台熱心友善，周邊停車場也蠻多的；房間是比較老舊的，但該有的設備應有盡有，推薦！

离Annecy车站很近；房间干净；不满意的是没有电水壶。。。

好美的地方，一定要去。可以感受到山光湖色，與人的友善，以及恬靜的氛圍。

The hotel is in a good location, easy walk to everything, many restaurants around (highly recommend Cosy Pizza & Slake). It is a small, older building. The staff are very friendly. There is a very tiny elevator that holds about 2 people. The room is basic, bed, desk, wardrobe. There is airco, but we also requested a fan from front desk due to the heat. It is a bit old and dated but very clean. I have seen newer hotel rooms that did not appear as clean. The bathroom with shower was a good size. There are some small hotel toiletries: a small bar of soap and small bottles of hair/body gel. There is a blow dryer. There isn't coffee/tea or kettle. The bed was comfortable and we could not hear any noise from outside. It is within less than 10 minutes walking from the bus and train station. We stayed 2 nights. I was perfectly pleased with this hotel until upon reaching home, I found 6 red bites on my body. My research indicates they are likely bedbug bites. If they can get this sorted then this would be a decent hotel that I would recommend.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a room on the 3rd floor, a lift is available if needed. Bed was really comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was good value at €11 and plenty of choice. Location is perfect the old town is directly behind the hotel and the lake slightly further. Annecy was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again.

Koselig hotell med fin beliggenhet og hyggelig personal. Rommene var rene, men litt små, spesielt små bad. Ellers alt man trenger på en tur til Annecy.

The room was perfectly good for the style and age of the hotel. A/C was great. The best thing about the hotel was the staff - they were magnificent! A great stay in a great place.

Sentralt, rolig, personalet var veldig hjelpsomme.

The room was small and the shower very small. Not suitable for the larger person but it was very clean and good amenities like shower gel etc. Location also good.

Excelente opción para viajar solo, estratégicamente ubicado, buen precio, clásico, limpio, excelente servicio del personal, con A/C muy apto para el calor de la transición primavera a verano. Sugiero nada más que coloquen cajilla de seguridad, para mayor tranquilidad, aunque en realidad mis pertenencias quedaron protegidas en mi habitación sin necesidad de ellos. Eso es muy valorado.

En recepción muy amables. Nos dieron muchas indicaciones muy útiles. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario. El baño limpio y de tamaño normal. Todo funcionaba a la perfección.

Ficamos 3 dias e foi excelente. Hotel muito bem localizado tanto em relação ao centro histórico quanto da estação de trem. Quarto muito agradável e limpo. Café da manhã simples mas muito bom. Equipe extremamente gentil. Amamos!

A localização é excelente e estratégica, o quarto é pequeno, mas confortável! O ponto alto é a equipe do hotel, são todos maravilhosos! Café da manhã justo! Eu voltaria!

Staff were super friendly. Room was nice, light and airy. There was an odd smell in the bathroom, but that may have been a one-off issue.
