酒店很近車站，步行5分鐘。也很近市中心。 職員(特別是女職員) 親切友善。 房間不算大，但可接受, 浴室空間足夠, 冷氣足夠, 在炎夏很重要。唯房間沒有雪櫃，床較軟。 旅館有電梯, 不過面積很小, 只能容納2-3人

離車站與景點很近，房間乾淨，客房人員服務很好，唯一的缺點是房間沒有冰箱（但可以放戶外）、亦沒有熱水器可以煮水。

旅館櫃台熱心友善，周邊停車場也蠻多的；房間是比較老舊的，但該有的設備應有盡有，推薦！

离Annecy车站很近；房间干净；不满意的是没有电水壶。。。

好美的地方，一定要去。可以感受到山光湖色，與人的友善，以及恬靜的氛圍。

Ficamos 3 dias e foi excelente. Hotel muito bem localizado tanto em relação ao centro histórico quanto da estação de trem. Quarto muito agradável e limpo. Café da manhã simples mas muito bom. Equipe extremamente gentil. Amamos!

A localização é excelente e estratégica, o quarto é pequeno, mas confortável! O ponto alto é a equipe do hotel, são todos maravilhosos! Café da manhã justo! Eu voltaria!

Staff were super friendly. Room was nice, light and airy. There was an odd smell in the bathroom, but that may have been a one-off issue.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet worth the cost. The room was small but comfortable. There was lots of hot water but the water pressure was a bit low. Great location in a beautiful city. We walked everywhere.

A equipe foi excepcional durante toda a estadia. Apenas tivemos alguma dificuldade com a conexão do wi-fi nos primeiros dias, mas depois funcionou bem. O quarto é o banheiro são espaçosos, mas a qualidade do colchão poderia ser melhorada.

Localização perfeita, para chegar e sair da cidade com facilidade com as malas e ainda assim curtir a cidade e o centro histórico e parte dos canais durante a estadia. Muito tranquilo chegar até a parte turística durante a noite, 5 min andando. Durante o dia fácil acesso ao parque e ao lago para dar uma volta. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Point positif Personnel super gentil, des l arrivée nous informe pour le parking (nous on avait déjà trouvé ) et des activités et où se restaurer. A la fin du séjour garde nos bagages pour qu on puisse profiter de la journée Proche du centre ville à 5 mn à pied de la gare Point négatif Pdr le séjour serviette pas changé et lit fait à la vole Y a une Clim mais pas de télécommande il faisait super lourd Trop de bruit on entend trop la route samedi soir y avait des gens qui jouaient à faire des accélérations et quiner leur pneu de voiture et hurlais s étais insupportable Et la télé juste les chaîne de base
