酒店很近車站，步行5分鐘。也很近市中心。 職員(特別是女職員) 親切友善。 房間不算大，但可接受, 浴室空間足夠, 冷氣足夠, 在炎夏很重要。唯房間沒有雪櫃，床較軟。 旅館有電梯, 不過面積很小, 只能容納2-3人

離車站與景點很近，房間乾淨，客房人員服務很好，唯一的缺點是房間沒有冰箱（但可以放戶外）、亦沒有熱水器可以煮水。

旅館櫃台熱心友善，周邊停車場也蠻多的；房間是比較老舊的，但該有的設備應有盡有，推薦！

离Annecy车站很近；房间干净；不满意的是没有电水壶。。。

好美的地方，一定要去。可以感受到山光湖色，與人的友善，以及恬靜的氛圍。

La chambre qui m’a été désignée était au 4eme étage. L’eau chaude prends beaucoup de temps pour arriver. Une grande perte d’eau plus le chauffage dans la chambre qui fonctionne pas car c’est chauffée à l’eau chaude. Malheureusement je suis tombé malade en plus ca m’a gâché toute une journée au lit. Apart ça, le staff était aimable. J’ai deja avisé le réceptionniste le matin en quittant

Petit chambre cozy au petit prix J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel charmant, le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Ils m’avaient donnés plein de petits astuces pour découvrir la ville 🗺️ L’hôtel est situé quelques minutes de la gare et quelques pas du vieux Annecy.

Konumu mükemmel. Ancak otel çok aşırı eski ve küçük. Konforsuz olsun merkezde olsun diyorsanız sorun yok. Ben pis bir oteldi diyemem, ama kesinlikle çok temiz bir otel hiç diyemem. Isınma sorundu. Özetle sadece konumu ve fiyatı için düşünülebilir. Konum gerçekten çok iyi. Ama ben tekrar kalmayı düşünmem.

Impeccable. J'ai séjourné dans le cadre du travail et c'était la 1ère fois que j'y allais. L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel sympathique et accueillante et la chambre est très propre.

Hello, I booked a room through hotels.com (confirmation 72066481287364) with two twin beds for Monday, October 13. When I arrived, I was told by the front desk woman that the hotel made an error and that my two-bed room was not available. I was shown to an unacceptable room with one double bed. Localização perfeita! Quarto para 3 pessoas com cama confortável o chuveiro é bom com bastante água ar condicionado novo! O único problema do quarto é que existia uma separação entre o local de banho e outro banheiro pequeno para as necessidades esse espaço era muito pequeno não cabia direito uma pessoa de altura média, tinha que fazer suas necessidades com a porta aberta ! O café da manhã bem ok pães geleias etc no geral Foi uma boa estadia! Ponto positivo tb para o estacionamento próximo com 50% de desconto e a simpatia de toda a equipe muito gentil e sempre disposta a ajudar !!
