旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。

Hotellet är fräscht, modernt och lugnt. Det är inte så stort, vilket är bra. Läget är kanske inte perfekt, men fördelen är avsaknaden av störande trafik och annat buller.

Stayed here last year and returned this year. Beautiful Hotel with outstanding breakfast. Within 200 yards of stunning beach . Lovely pool although loungers could do with renewing but that's me being picky. You won't go wrong at this Hotel .

Fiquei por duas noites e não usei o serviço de café da manhã, mais o apto muito aconchegante, fiquei encantada com o chuveiro…. Nota 10👏👏👏👏 amei, que ducha maravilhosa.

Mysigt hotell med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Härlig frukost och bra restaurang. Bra läge nära stranden och 15 min Tram till gamla stan i Alicante. Rekommenderars varmt.

What a find. Spotless, newly renovated hotel with a comfortable bed and lovely toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

Het was een kleine maar goede kamer om te slapen. Bedden waren prima. Ontbijt was divers en prima. Diner was uitstekend

We arrived earlier than official check in. Reception accommodated us perfectly with use of a room to refresh and leave our luggage,calling us within the hour . We were allocated our room early. Fantastic service throughout our 3 day, 2 night stay. Spotlessly clean hotel. Beautifully decorated .

The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel near the loveliest beach and 10 min tram ride to city of Alicante. We had the most relaxing time and enjoyed it very much.
