Modern upgrades. Spotless condition. Courteous, professional staff. Good value. Close to central plaza. Walking everywhere is a must in this hilly, cobblestone town, so extend your walks at home to prepare for your visit.

Great location. Not really a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel. Staff at front desk are lukewarm and not that helpful. Location is the highlight. Room AC did not work at all. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This is a delightful hotel In the walled city of Segovia. This is a hotel that had been used in the last century by the best and most famous actors. The hotel has been upgraded and redone and is fabulous. The breakfast was amazing. This was the favorite hotel of our group.

Wonderful, comfortable room. Appreciated the good lighting, including reading lights by the bed, and availability of coffee and tea in the room. Love the terrace on the roof!

The hotel is in a perfect location! We had a very nice room. The staff did not want to be there and really didn’t want to help (I get major tourist town). Breakfast was lackluster; as if the eggs were thrown on the plate and let’s add can shoe string potatoes. Go for room only then great!

This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. One thing we did notice though is that the hotel restaurant only had one same waiter for breakfast and dinner in charge of everything. He was always very helpful and cordial, but we felt bad that he was the only one there one of the dinner nights that were rather busy. With how busy and rowdy things were that night, they really could have used more help.

Had a pleasant time with my family. Opened the windows each morning and enjoyed watching the hot air baloons hover right outside our window view. Once in a lifetime experience.

Central location of the old town

Internet connection was poor. People making a lot of noise after midnight on the terrace. I called the reception to complain letting him know that I could not sleep because they were right above me but he did not seem too bothered about it. The receptionist responded "I am sure they will leave soon". When they did not leave, I had to go down to reception in my pajamas so that the receptionist would do something about it.

I can’t understand de high rating… our experience was pretty bad… we stayed only one night… little room for getting so many things wrong, but they managed to above it…: small room but acceptable (average) super noisy you can here everything going on in the hall, outside the window and room upstairs…no hot water, nice shower only if you like cold icy water (not for us…thank you), to make it worst we had company in the room …a cockroach showed up from who knows where… disgusting … really really disgusting. Finally as the cherry in the cake… when we ask for support to the staff they couldn’t care less… they just said : “apology, apology, the maintenance person is not here we can do nothing at all, apology, apology” of course attitude wasn’t at all apologetic, but that can be different I guess from nationality to nationality of their guess (shame), … but I bet the result might be the same: no help at all. Good luck if you wish to stay here.

This hotel is ideally located. It is beautifully appointed. Highly recommend!!!

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, room was comfortable and sizable. I would definitely return!

The hotel was in a great location and we really enjoyed being able to walk to everything. The only thing we didn’t like was the AC unit. We had to open the window all the time because it was just blowing hot air.

El Hoyel está muy bien ubicado pero sus instalaciones no están acorde , se deberían mejorar , renovar con su mismo estilo La verdad para el costó que pague no estuvo bien

Hotel is perfectly situated, close to all sights, shops and restaurants , Rooms are clean and comfortable , Hotel sent us details where we could park our car to unload suitcases, the Hotel was around the corner so not far to walk and car was taken to parking garage and on our departure they bring the car back to same place

Great location in Segovia. Great rooftop views.
