酒店職員非常友善 服務態度非常好 環境舒適 乾淨 地點還好 不是太近又不是太遠 非常好的體驗在維也納

这是我们这次欧洲三国行里最舒服的一家酒店，前台的大姐太贴心热情友善了，百问不厌，而且房间很宽大，阳台、椅子，房间内沙发、地毯，一切都很舒心，感觉很棒！

Clean and tidy with good breakfast.

good service, air conditioner do a good job esp when most of the other european hotels don't. Aged but that is where the charm comes from. Construction project of neighbor building is a problem but not a serious one during our stay.

Could use a friendly smile or greeting from the men working at the reception. And a clean room, no dirt on the floor and no lipstick on the drinking glass placed in the bathroom. The coffee machine placed in the breakfast room never worked - that was the worst!!! The tub was lovely though.

Hotel is like an art gallery. The staffs are very kind and interested.

Está bien ubicada y de fácil acceso, pero lo que no tienen bien es el desayuno la verdad en Estados Unidos están mejor

Nice staff. Good breakfast and lobby is clean and stylish. Front desk attendant was a gem. Was gaps in communication prior to arrival, and make sure you have a phone card for late check ins! You have to call a number when you arrive to get the code so you can get the key from the key box.

Lage für Städtetrip super, ruhige Lage, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (aber laut), Personal sehr nett. Zimmern sind hellhörig, es könnte sauberer sein (staubig, viele Griffspuren an Türen, Teppich voller Flecken,...). Sehr abgewohntes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Waschtischunterschrank von Wasser aufgezogen, uralter Teppichboden im Zimmer. Frühstück ok, aber würde ich nicht mehr dazu buchen um das Geld (um die Ecke ist ein Billa). Würde es nicht für mehrere Nächte weiterempfehlen.

It was a pleasant trip. The hotel is in a convenient location to the town. The staffs were helpful and the our room was big. It is slightly old styled. But it matches the feel of the city.

洗面台、シャワールームに物を置くスペースがないなど、深く考えられていない。エアコンはほとんど機能せず、窓をお開け放たないと暑い夏の夜を過ごすことはできない。

Apart from the friendly front desk employee, there was nothing positive about this hotel. The room was filthy, dust in the wardrobe, Windows have not been cleaned in month, carpet you don't want to step on, a broken picture with glass sticking out, non functioning AC and Safe and Minibar Terrible

Clean and tidy. Concierge was very helpful and welcoming.

Staff were kind, and the location was very good for easy access to transportation. However, the facility was a bit outdated, especially the air-conditioning. It does have air conditioning, but it didn't quite work well enough. I had to keep the windows open with two extra fans even when 'airconditio' was at full blast. Avoid the facility during hot weather.
