櫃台入住體驗很好，櫃臺工作人員很親切，也提供我很多實用的資訊。飯店有空調、電梯最特別的是各地都可以看到Sisi❤️❤️❤️房間非常乾淨，單人房空間雖小但五臟俱全，溫馨又舒適。房門有二道，鑰匙圈設計也很特別。開啟美麗一天的早餐也超棒的，菜色豐富美味，有皇帝煎餅、小紅帽咖啡或熱茶以及各式奧地利特色麵包或蛋糕與點心，奧地利果醬與果汁機，可以用餐到11:00，想要多睡一點也沒問題。

地理位置非常優越，逛街購物或參觀景點都近在咫尺。

We loved this hotel for our two nights in Vienna! Close to everything we wanted to see and near the U-bahn, making it easy to get around. The staff was amazing! Our room was fantastic- clean, spacious, and quiet. Lots of shopping nearby. Highly recommend!

A historic hotel that has hosted famous people and is extremely well located, close to everything. The staff is attentive to our needs and answers our questions to help us with our sightseeing. Furthermore, it is very comfortable and offers excellent and varied breakfasts.
