酒店不乾淨 門鎖安全性不夠 三人房間但地方非常狹窄

It may look cheaper than many hotels in the city, but is actually very expensive, considering the condition of the room and the poor service.

We ordered a double bed room but the double bed is clearly two single bed combined together only y the bed sheet. It's still comfortable but the beds will sometimes separate and create a slit between. Room is not big. Only a narrow aile around the bed and only enough for luggages. There is a table and a chair. Location is good. 10minute walk from S. lucia train station but need to pass through several bridges (only stairs). It's 10minute walk from academia waterbus station. There are some cheap restaurant nearby and talkaway pasta. There is a supermarket (COOP) of 5minute walk. The host/hotel owner is very nice, English and Italian speaking, he allowed us to store our luggage on the last day for night train. Wifi is not strong.

Good location

An old but warm place with good location! It's cheap and suitable for limited budget. The room is ok but the shower place is tiny. The staffs and the breakfast was just ok, not bad but also not good, just the same as what we expected.

Please be reminded that you might have to carry your luggage over three ponte(bridges) and three floors up to your room. It is 10 mins walk away from the Venice island train station. Wifi doesn't work in the room though but the owner is nice. Good coffee in breakfast

not bad but next time should book marked to close to tolite ,Because in the evening the people share one tolite is noisy!

若是行李較多的旅客並不建議投宿，從車站到hotel需過三座大大小小的橋 且hotel並沒有電梯。 乾淨度不錯，每日會有人員打掃，不過某一日睡比較晚還沒出門，睡到一半房門被打開，事後也沒道歉。 位於first floor靠路邊的房間有個約140cm的栱門在入門處，因為沒標示清楚，在一進房沒開燈的情況下直接撞上並流血，雖沒主動告知櫃台，但櫃台先生看到我用衛生紙止血，也沒表示關心。 早餐是簡單常溫的麵包和熱咖啡。 最後一天check out付款後因為火車班次很晚，所以寄放行李在櫃台，老闆娘態度極差，且從沒看她笑過，不知道哪裡惹到她？

Small hotel but pleasant. The breakfast is nice.The water pressure was poor and on the day we left there was no hot water.

a bit high price, but close to station. as this is the first time to visit venice, for us it is easy to find. good wifi network at room. only provide breakfast at 8-10am, cannot arrange early breakfast as we need to check out at 7:30am.....

对于在威尼斯主岛来说，价钱是不错的，房间干净整洁，意大利房东态度热情，英文不错。楼下就有小卖部可以买东西吃，也有餐馆。据罗马广场船站步行8-10分钟。

Muy amables en recepción, buena ubicación. Solo teníamos poco espacio porque éramos tres y pusieron camas para cuatro, así que sobraba una individual y quitaba espacio del pasillo.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. The shower in our first room was broken. We spoke to staff the next morning and they immediately offered a new room with a working shower. In the new room, the shower worked, but some outlets and fixtures were still broken. Overall, not a bad experience but for $200 a night in early April, we expected a little more.

Dislike it at all

The room was very small buty ok for one or two nights. The bed is two twin matress'spushed together so expect the seam.

Yes the room was good I liked and the people for the reception was nice with me

Fredrica was excellent communicating with us prior to arriving. Room was a full bed with private bath. We’re pleasantly surprised to see our room had a private balcony. When we return to Venice, we will definitely look them up again

Fui muito bem recebida pela Federica. O Albergo está muito bem localizado, a uma distância confortável da tumultuada região de San Marco. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.
