下午抵達Zaragoza Delicias，用步行的方式前往酒店，約30分鐘 因在教堂附近所以極容易找到酒店，酒店職員只有一名，check-in完就上房間，我住2樓，能看到整座教堂。 須要留意的是教堂每十五分鐘報時一次，及樓下是食肆，比較嘈吵。 酒店房間沒有熱水供應

酒店在廣場旁邊，非常方便，兩邊全是餐廳，服務不錯..

Apesar do quarto não ser grande, disponibiliza tudo que se necessita. O pessoal é muito prestativo; tudo organizado e limpo e a localização é excepcional.

Actually we stayed at Inca hotel, since Pillar hotel wasn’t running hot water. The guys at the reception guided us to Inca hotel. So the review is actually for that hotel. The location is great, and amenities are ok.

I had a very fantastic stay at Hotel Pilar Plaza in Zaragoza. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. A big thank you to all the staff—they were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable., a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

En general buena estancia, lo malo la ducha del cuarto de baño, muy antigua, no funcionaba bien. Deberían de cambiarla

Best location and good buffet but room smells of sewage.Elevator broken so had to carry luggages from 3rd floor down.Good for overnight stay but not long term in my opinion.

As a High Tier Expedia member and more than 15 year using Expedia I ask my self how serious is to keep this property which a 8 scores in 10? This was my 35-40 maybe hotel booking through here .. and this is the worst I ever been. Besides be in a centric place in Zaragoza and look nice from outside , is not the same when you just walk in . Hallways and room stink , they don’t used any sense spray . Bathroom smell bad .They change my room after complaining but just get better view because any thing else changed .Amenities are not and good . Front desk employe was very rude . Don’t came here if you want a good experience !

The hotel bathroom had a bad design and the shower door was terrible. The mattress and pillows were EXTREMELY HARD! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

호텔이 아주 청결했으며 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 방에서 바로 필라르 대성당이 보여 좋았으며 주요 관과지로의 접근이 좋았습니다. 다만 커피포트가 없어 아쉬웠습니다.

Great location, facing to main attractions but still keeping quiet at night. Hotel is clean and comfortable, stuff is very friendly, special thanks to Reyes and Alberto, gave us very kind of help. Zaragoza is a wonderful place to visit, highly recommend to everyone.

O cafe nao tem muita variedade, mas tem o suficiente.

Pia do banheiro pequena e uso difícil (Salta água para todos os lados, inclusive no chão).

Correcto. Personal atento aunque poco empatico. El estado de las habitaciones es correcto también. Edificio un poco antiguo aunque aceptable. Funcionamiento confuso de los sistemas de calefacción o aire acondicionado.

No hay amenidades, solo jabon. El hotel es esplendido. Muy buena ubicacion, muy rico y variado desayuno, el personal muy atento y servicial

The staff and the breakfast were excellent. Location terrific. But the hotel is worn and old. Needs refurbished.
