交通方便 櫃檯人員友善

離捷運站不遠，樓下旁邊就有超市，也可多走幾步路到Dia超市(東西較多)，有廚房可烹煮，解決很多天早餐，只是鍋具加熱時都會有個味道，另外櫃檯人員還蠻友善，但晚上附近街道較沒什麼人。

位置- 從 Av Tibidabo站 (應該吳係metro,另一種地下train) 行5min,.在景點教堂嗰邊入, 雖然近, 但路不好找 hop on hop off bus 會係這教堂有站, oct 2014 時, 教堂正維修中, 無得參觀 交通 - [從機場去hotel], around 1 hr by train and metro 房間- appartment 設計, 非常大, 適合family, 房內可煮食, 不過就談不上靚 用品- 沒牙刷, slipper, 洗頭帽, 即棄拖鞋 (有: shampoo, bath gel. soap) 職員- ok, 不過不失 附近- 沒有supermarket, 只有小士多, 轉角有間意大利餐廳, 不太好吃,.份量少. 所以係city食埋先反酒店會好d

Perfectly described. The staff at check in was great. No issues and was able to direct me to some local places, including a great spot to watch the World Cup semi final. I ended up extended my trip and was able to keep my room without having to switch. Nice quiet neighborhood but not far from train station to go into more of the city center

My family and I have been staying at the Aparthotel Bertran for a week or two every summer during our annual trip to Spain to visit family. We have tried other hotels in the area, but this one meets all our needs and offers the best service and attention. The cleaning staff are very helpful and keep the rooms absolutely spotless. We enjoy being able to prepare some of our meals at the hotel, and we really like the rooftop pool. Above all, the reception staff are kind, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they can. The friendliness of the staff, the clean and peaceful rooftop pool, and the cleanliness of the hotel are the main reasons we keep coming back.

Lovely friendly staff, the breakfast is simple but excellent if you choose that option - delivered to your room at an agreed time. We had a room with a terrace, table 4 chairs and sun loungers too, nice outside space although mainly in the shade due to city buildings but very pleasant to sit out nonetheless. The rooftop pool is quite small but fine and there are sun loungers there too. We would definitely stay again - it’s the staff that make the stay so pleasant. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the Metro (underground) is a few minutes walk too. Overall we’re happy to recommend and hope to return!

Other than low water pressure from a clogged shower head that poured more like a garden spigot, this place was amazing! Great staff, location, value, and most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve found in Spain yet. :-)

Fantastic place to stay in Barcelona. In a slightly less touristy bit of town which adds to the fun. Two metro stations v. close so can get into the centre in less than 20 mins. Great to have the kitchen and terrace. Lovely little pool and terrace on the roof too. Great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! Staff really friendly. Perfect!

I paid for a double bed and a suite like room with a closed off bedroom with a door. I got neither. That was really disappointing. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful.

All was ok except for no AC in the room. It didn’t work at all.

The room was very clean and had great amenities, the area was very safe with lots of local shops within a short walking distance and the hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly too!

Staff was friendly, everything I needed was there and they allowed for an early check-in as well

Le séjour s’est super bien passé, Tony le réceptionniste parle très bien le français, et il est super sympa ! Bon conseil, réactif. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, tout était super, le parking est vraiment un plus, et il est à côté de l’hôtel.

Lovely little gem - accommodation was fine and clean, staff were lovely and the overall stay was good. My only challenge was it was loud at night with scooters on the street but I believe that’s common in the whole city.
