My stay was just fair. The services didn’t exceed expectations—staff members were doing their jobs but weren’t particularly attentive or going the extra mile. Given the high price, I expected a bit more in terms of hospitality and overall experience. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either—just an average stay but guess u have a better choice elsewhere in Rome

This was a beautiful property, far enough away from the tourist attractions that you can get a good nights rest while still feeling like you’re in Italy! Not too far of a walk to the Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. The room was beautiful, the room service was amazing, and my favorite part; air conditioning!! (Which can be hard to find in Europe) the staff was helpful and friendly. I felt safe as a female solo traveler and would 1000% stay here again.

My Stay at the Major Exceeded my expectations. The location is near a transportation hub that allows easy access to all trains, buses and is less than a block from a taxi stand. Restaurants and Iconic Landmarks are within walking distance. and arranging transfer to and from the airport is a breeze. Their Driver Miguel is the best! The Rooftop Restaurant is amazing; breakfast and dinner is top notch. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I will stay at The Major again and recommend it to everyone.

This was a great stop on our honeymoon! Comfortable bed, nice rooftop, and cool bathroom!

Modern and quaint design.

Staff were great. Room was tiny. Also the surrounding areas do not look safe. Lots of grafiti
