旅館傍晚後就得完全自助，員工都下班去了。停車需自己在路邊找位置，但是有張許可，不需付費。房間數不多，早餐満好的。出門逛街很方便，主要景點都在步行範圍。

Friendly staff, room was perfect.

Rooms and restaurant is beautifully decorated. Wonderful location. Breakfast is marvelous. Hotel environment is mediocre. Parking on the street with residence permit provided. Car security and parking space are points to consider. Too tiny a room! No lift! Bring heavy luggage to 2nd / 3rd floor through winding and narrow staircase is killing

Great location and a very friendly staff. The garden was so nice to walk in after breakfast.

Lovely place simultaneously close to the sights yet peaceful and "away from it all." Pressed coffee and delicious continental breakfast buffet got us off to a great start. Friendly and helpful staff, backyard garden and nearby parks made this a memorable stay.

Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff.

Beautifully appointed and impeccably clean, the Kennard delighted us from beginning to end. It’s located on a quiet residential street, but conveniently just a short walk from the central attractions of Bath. The staff were friendly, warm and accommodating; and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable, and we are looking forward to our next opportunity to return.

We had a good welcome to the property on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable adequate for the one night stay. It was quiet and had good security. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. It was close to the town the Roman Baths and places we wanted to visit

Very good location for Bath central. Very representative of Bath as a whole with views of lovely Georgian architecture.

The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and neatly. The place is decent and comfortable. Only thing needs to pay attention. Some room may need to use the shared bathroom.

Lovely welcome and very helpful storing bags before/afte checkout. Room clean and attractive. Nice to have robes and slippers and nice soap etc.
