旅館傍晚後就得完全自助，員工都下班去了。停車需自己在路邊找位置，但是有張許可，不需付費。房間數不多，早餐満好的。出門逛街很方便，主要景點都在步行範圍。

Friendly staff, room was perfect.

Rooms and restaurant is beautifully decorated. Wonderful location. Breakfast is marvelous. Hotel environment is mediocre. Parking on the street with residence permit provided. Car security and parking space are points to consider. Too tiny a room! No lift! Bring heavy luggage to 2nd / 3rd floor through winding and narrow staircase is killing

The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and neatly. The place is decent and comfortable. Only thing needs to pay attention. Some room may need to use the shared bathroom.

Lovely welcome and very helpful storing bags before/afte checkout. Room clean and attractive. Nice to have robes and slippers and nice soap etc.

Everything to do with The Kennard was really.Small and quiet with the perfect location.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off at noon and collected our key, we then had all afternoon and evening to enjoy Bath before returning to find our bags in our room. They were also happy for us to leave our bags after check out if we needed.

Such a charming place , I really enjoyed staying there .

Overnight stay to visit The Forum. Perfect location - about five minutes walk to most restaurants and another five minutes to the theatre. Very friendly and attentive staff, an atmosphere conducive of staying in a cosy home rather than a big hotel. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary facilities.
