Poor X 1000s，整體質素勁差劣，房間細小不要緊，但是十分破舊，污糟邋遢，掀起床冚床單上佈滿頭髮垃圾紙碎污跡，要求替換，只是取走床單，沒有再鋪上新的，有虱，連櫈都沒有一張，工作枱放了水壺茶杯也沒多地方可做工作枱面，行李喼要放床上，企缸極其狹窄，肥胖客人一定關不上門，洗手盤佈滿塵埃。住了5天沒有清潔過房間。 唯一可取是方便，近火車站。 整體是萬分差勁，不會介紹給朋友，只會提醒他們不要訂這間酒店。 不可能屬3星酒店，質素只可作時鐘酒店。😬

Very Very Poor X 1000 從來未住過咁污糟的酒店，有蝨，房間極度狹小，連行李篋都放不到，洗手盆佈滿塵埃，企浴缸超細，肥胖客人會關不上門，掀起床冚很多頭髮，紙碎，污跡，住了五晚都沒有換過床單，要求換都不得可以。房間價錢貴，唯一可取是位置。後悔沒有拍低房間相片。因為真的不想逗留於房間多1秒。房間真的令人嘔心。

Personale cortese, stanza 112 al piano terra angusta e col soffitto inclinato ma ok, bagno pulito, buona posizione. Uno standard. Ma tre stelle sono troppe. Colazione non disponibile neanche a pagamento e mancanza di un frigorifero in tutto l’hotel dove poter tenere delle cose l’ultima notte. Mi sono ingegnato con delle buste di plastica fuori dalla finestra ancorate all’interno (ma tanto la finestra era inutile visto che c’era un muro a 30 centimetri).

The room was clean and tidy and newly decorated but the shower drain had mess coming up out of it and we were not able to use the shower. Got no reduction in rate and no room move!!!!! The lights were bright which was good but need to have bedside lamps too!!!

Smooth check-in and decent place. Convenient location with all kinds of public transport, shops, bars and restaurants within 6 minutes walk.

Recently refurbed room.. excellent standard and service, very enjoyable trip.

Minha estadia foi excelente! O hotel está localizado no centro de Londres, a apenas 16 minutos de caminhada da Oxford Street, o que torna a localização simplesmente perfeita. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé e, quando necessário, o hotel está muito próximo de diversos pontos de ônibus e várias estações de metrô, facilitando muito a locomoção pela cidade e o acesso ao aeroporto. A equipe é impecável: todos muito educados, prestativos e sempre disponíveis, com atendimento 24h. Desde o check-in até o check-out, nos sentimos muito bem acolhidas e assistidas em tudo o que precisamos. O quarto estava limpo, bem cuidado, com camas muito confortáveis e roupas de cama de ótima qualidade, garantindo noites de descanso excelentes após dias longos de passeio. O único ponto a considerar é que o quarto ficou um pouco pequeno para três pessoas com malas, mas atendeu super bem às nossas necessidades e não prejudicou a experiência. Se você está procurando um hotel bom, barato e muito bem localizado no centro de Londres, esse hotel é ideal. Nota 10! Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo sem pensar duas vezes :)

Le personnel a été courtois, cependant notre chambre fut très petite pour 3 personnes. Pas de fenêtre et il faisait très chaud.

Excellent location, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff

Like many other reviewers have pointed out this is a basic hotel with no lifts (elevators), crammed corridors and small rooms. I do not recommend it for long stays with a family. It suited me fine as I had a flight from LHR the next day and wanted to be close to Paddington station to catch Heathrow express. There are plenty of eating options in the area but I did not take advantage of that. The room is small in all aspects including the bathroom. The shower was fine with plenty of hot water and price cannot be beaten

We stayed in room 106, the noise from the floor above from 3am till 4am was that loud it woke us all up , it was like people were moving furniture around. I ended up getting dressed to go to reception to see what was going on , the noise finally stopped for 4 hours the started again at 8am. Needless to say we were all shattered the next day. If you are to book make sure you ask for a top floor room

Dont go near this gotel. Its not what you aee advertised on hotels.com. the rooms are disgusting i wouldnt leave a dog to stay there. Way to small with soecially built snaller than small doubke beds to fit s snall space, ok fo r solo traveler not for couple.im disabled andcwasvexoected to bring own luggage and getbup stairs to 3rd floor. No lift. Dontvstaybhere!!
