The receptionist is bad

The location is very good. The hotel is old, the room is small but clean and tidy. The first night when we boiled water, the fuse got wrong and we couldn’t charge anything, that night is inconvenient because we couldn’t find any staff to help. It’s good that in the morning, the staff Mr Farcuque Rashid come to help, he changed the kettle, but still not solved the problem, he tried his best to help us, we appreciated his efforts. Breakfast is good, they cook good and service is good also. A nice place to stay.

地點極佳，位於市中心，去牛津商圈購物、唐人街吃飯、看歌劇都很方便。

酒店位置鄰近市中心，交通方便，周边餐馆很多。设施稍旧，总体性价比较高。

The hotel is clean and the service is good. However, the room is very tiny and the building is without lift.

Very nice staff and neat hotel. Convenient location. They include breakfast which was tasty. May be it is a little bit small but it's clean. It has microwave and fridge in the room.

The room is quite cozy and equipped with air con and modern facilities, the English breakfast is marvellous It’s the best I have ever had before! Highly recommended and house style hotel is good experience to Compare with a tourist hotel

Good breakfast, efficient Wifi, nice reception, convenient to British Museum and close to several underground stations leading to most areas in London, value to quality, not much complaint.

The office staff was nice and the hotel room was clean. But it was so small and snug, there was no ac and it was very hot. The reservation for one night was pretty expensive for what it was

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and cool and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful, as well.

I liked this place. They have working air conditioning and the garden out back was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and kind. This place has great access to the things you would want to see and do in London. Typical of buildings of this period, there are a lot of stairs to get to your room.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was quite a small single room but they've made very good use of the space. The a/c unit was excellent. There was a fridge and a microwave oven. Although I used the oven twice I'd have preferred to have had a safe in that space.

The hotel is very clean and well prepared. The location is also very good and convenient. The people of reception desk are very kind as well. Overall, this hotel is very good to stay.

Fint lille London hotel med god beliggenhed, men meget slidt. Tapetet er faldet af flere steder, gulvtæppet slidt og forsøgt lappet flere steder, bruser havde set bedre dage. Meget dårlige senge, eller rettere helt vildt dårlige senge. Der er meget lydt!!!! Køleskab og mikroovn er et stort plus. God morgenmad
