個人小花園，但房間裡沒有冰箱，對自己想要準備一個豐盛的早餐，可能就要三思⋯其他住宿品質還不錯

飯店乾淨整潔，房間不算大但是價格合理，鄰近區域安靜但餐廳較少，吃東西較不方便是小缺點。整體而言是愉快的住宿經驗。

the staff is awesome! but the bathroom has some weird smell.

It is a perfect hotel in London: excellent location; superb staff and delicious breakfast. My sister and I had a very pleasant stay for 7 days in Sydney House. We enjoyed the time there even though the weather was a bit wet. Within the walking distance, we could hit on 2 museums and find some nice restaurants. We are quite sure that Sydney House will be our first choice in London for our next trip.

Excellent welcome from friendly staff. Happy to provide fresh milk for room. Minor negatives, TV disconnected/no remote, old DVD player abandoned in wardrobe, no wine stocked in bar (gin and beer only)

A wonderful stay… friendly, helpful staff, excellent quiet location and the most comfortable mattress! Close to the tube, museums and wonderful restaurants.

room was really clean, staff were friendly and it was really convenient for Royal Brompton Hospital

Staff was great and really supportive and extremely helpful. The problem was the room which was extremely small and in desperate need of maintenance, the room was infested by flies probably due to humidity. Location was optimal within 5 min walk from South Kensington station and V&A and Natural History museums

Staff were very helpful and going out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The hole hotel was very clean, our room had everything we need to enjoy our stay.

The hotel is an elegant townhouse in a lovely part of town; there are no end of restaurants and eateries to choose from. The staff go over and above, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. Other reviews have commented on the rooms being small which of course they are given the building but it has everything you need. The lighting (for putting on make up) wasn't great but a magnifying mirror (tucked away in the cupboard) is available and the shower wasn't powerful, however these were minor inconveniences. Room service is available around the clock -breakfast was lovely and generous. I will definitely stay again.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We were staying overnight to be on time the next day for a day of appointments at the Royal Brompton Hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

We came back to our room during the afternoon. My husband was showering and I was getting dressed. There was a knock at our door and then that person proceeded to open our door. 2 electricians started walking in- I asked the to wait in the hallway. The staff at the hotel let them into our room without our knowledge or asking if it was ok. The electricians told us they were told the room was vacant- even though our belongings etc were every where. The hotel staff did nothing about this/to help us

Three star hotel at most

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Room service was incredible. The breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay there again.
