I think it’s a bit pricey for the room with this size. It’s quite small for 2 people but luckily it was clean. The location is convenient which near bus and train station. However the hairdryer is not working and I need to sleep with wet hair. Also there is noise coming from the window throughout the night.

Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.

Good location, friendly staff. Close Victoria railway station and coach station. Room is small but cleanliness. Free simple breakfast.

the total experience was good, except....a big noise in the morning continued for several minutes ....; the service personnel said it caused from the ventilation fans

Booked as wanted to be close to Buckingham Palace. Comfy bed, great shower and large tv. 24hr reception and room service available

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. It was perfect for my needs; a place to close my eyes. I was able to walk to all the major tourist spots comfortably, and there are tube stations nearby to easily get back to Heathrow!

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. EU şarj plugger satılıyor olması çok iyi. Kahvaltı servisi olmasa bile yönlendirmeleri yerinde. Odalar çok küçük ama işlevsel. Bir kere daha bu bölgeye gelirsem tercih edeceğim.

The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and professional

Başlarda çok kötü bir odadaydık. Kliması bizce bozuktu ve bir bebeğimiz ile kaldığımız için inanılmaz küçüktü valiz bir açamıyorduk. Daha sonra ordaki çalışan bizi güzel bir odaya geçirdi. Muhtemelen o olmasaydı yine çok iyi bir odaya geçmeyecektik ama yeni oda tatmin edici olduğu için dört yıldız veriyorum.

Decent location although there are pickpocketed in the neighborhood. Beware. We reserved for a room with two twin beds and instead were given a very small double bed in the basement with no windows. Just enough room to walk around the bed to get to a small shower room. The sheets on the bed were dirty (looked like someone had an accident) and they only clean rooms every two days unless you pay extra.

Easy access to public transportation, Short walk to some famous landmarks in London. Staff were attentive and helpful with our raised issue. Lift was under repair when we checked in but staff helped us with our luggage. I would go back again.

La prima notte avevamo una camera orribile, con aria condizionata che non funzionava. La camera era attaccata ai motori di tutto l‘albergo. A causa di ciò non si poteva dormire dal caldo e dal rumore. Abbiamo reclamato, ma la camera ce l‘hanno cambiata solo la seconda notte. Personale gentilissimo

Buena ubicación, pero ruidoso para el descanso

Lovely staff and good location for what I needed. Onky downside was the bed felt likeit had a raised plank underneath but was manageable for one night stay. Value for money.
