Location is fine. Rooms are dated as is Hotel. But maybe typical British.

Perfectly clean, staff polite. However, the property is quite tired and run down. Light leaking around the edges of the curtains. I had a very odd layout of the room with the shower in the entrance way of the room. The sheets and pillows were clean but clearly old.

We were upgraded to a larger room upon our arival. A beautiful space to relax in and a short walk away from the city center. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was like a home away from home... just nicer.

Another lovely stay at the Annesley Hotel. Parking is easy, the hotel is very clean, staff are pleasant, breakfast was excellent, good quality food and very reasonable prices. Just a ten minute stroll into town. We could not fault it!

Staff were great, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, communal areas were clean and sumptuously appointed and parking was plentiful. EV chargers available but a bit pricey. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Enjoyed a short stay at this property. Stayed last year and decided to come again. Not disappointed. Rooms clean and hotel only a short walk from Norwich town centre. Plenty of parking and was able to charge my car whilst there. Bit disappointed that they charge for parking on top of the room rate now. But apart from that little niggle we had a very enjoyable stay.

The Annesley is a favourite for us in Norwich. This time we stayed in the coach house. Clean, quuiet, great bed, large shower. Modern upgrade to the property

Perfect for my stay!

Very good hotel, just let down by the en-suite as it was a shower over the bath with a plastic shower curtain. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good and zn easy walk into Norwich
