A nice hotel, value for money. Surrounding area is quiet. Several minutes to go to the closest train station.

The transportation is very convenient and is easy to get to the attractions. Bus 24 and underground are very close to the hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable but the toilet is a little bit smelly.

No air-conditioning. Staff is nice and helpful. Surrounding area is quite with limited choices of restaurant, but very close to tube station.

Clean room Nice safe area Good location for tube stop and going to Victoria theatre Reception staff excellent and friendly Breakfast service poor took our room numbers as we entered didn’t attempt to advice no seat for 4 of us (we had booked 2 rooms of 2 travelling with 2 14 year old girls) No glasses for juice coffee machine no hot water or anything other than black coffee I cleared our own table Staff did get hot water for tea No apologies or a rush to help No boiled eggs after bowl taken away We were not late for breakfast we came down at 9:15 and it’s served until 10 Other than breakfast was a great stay would stay room only if came again.

So noisy. Single glazed window facing street. I could hear snoring,coughing and talking in other rooms. No rooms to change to, so 3 nights of no sleep. The staff werel lovely though. There are better hotels nearby.

Over priced

Inte så fräscht. Ganska äcklig fläkt på rummet.

This was an unexpected trip and I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel is

Insonorisation insuffisante, nous avons entendu nos voisins faire du bruit toute la nuit. Première fois que cela nous arrive. Bien que cela ne soit pas une point bloquant, la chambre et le lit sont tout petit pour une chambre ‘familliale’

Bra hotell som låg nära Victoria Station (med direkttåg till Gatwick airport). Vi var i London på en weekend och valde hotellet för att det låg ganska centralt och vi tog oss lätt runt överallt. Ca 20-30 minuters promenad från Buckingham palace. Vi bodde på 4:e våningen. Stördes inte av omgivningen utan den var lugn trots att vi hade öppet fönster på natten. Hotellrummet var litet men vi var knappt där så oss bekom det inte men behöver du utrymmet så välj ett annat hotell. Även badrummet var litet. Ett minus var att duschen var väldigt varm oavsett vilken tid på dygnet du duschade. Gick inte att få kallare vatten och det gick knappt att duscha. Fanns varningsskylt men inte så kul med skållhett vatten. Men daglig städning, byta av handdukar dagligen och det var rent och allt var helt. Frukosten var av stort utbud. Vi saknade ingenting och det fanns både varm och kall mat. Färsk frukt. En massa olika frukostflingor. Tror det även skulle passa barn. Finns alltid folk i receptionen oavsett vilken tid du kommer hem. De svarar snabbt på mail. Vi trodde vi glömt en sak kvar men så var inte fallet. Men de svarade snabbt på vårt mail och dubbelkollade rummet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was excellent. I will definitely stay again

Clean room and courteous staff.

The room is very small just enough for a solo traveler with one luggage. There was no fridge and no AC only fan so challenging in the summer. There was a heater for winter tho. The toilet is also very cramped. Its alright as long as you know what to expect. I was disappointed there was no fridge at least. It was clean and the cleaner comes every day. The location is amazing, very close to the train station and bus stops. Can walk to Westminster and Victoria Station.

Clean room

The room was small, but it was enough for one person and I was happy with my stay. The only little downside was that I discovered the hairdryer in the drawer when I was checking out :) A small note in the bathroom could have been helpful
