Hotel located between two tube stations, take around 10 mins walk and the surrounding area is a bit quiet unless walk up to Paddington station. The room and bathroom is very tiny even for Triple room. Breakfast is acceptable but not impressive.

Poor customer services, no hot water, hygiene was unacceptable. Not recommended at all!!!

Der Raum war feucht, das Badezimmer, inkl. Handtücher dreckig, das restliche Hotel ebenso. Überall liefen Katzen herum, entsprechend dreckig war es auch. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Die einzige Steckdose im Raum war unter dem Bett. Der WC Deckel passte nicht auf das WC, sodass man die Schüssel direkt berühren musste, wenn man sich hinsetzte. Das Waschbecken befand sich auf dem Spülkasten des WCs, sodass man sich über das WC beugen musste, um das Waschbecken nutzen zu können. Die Dusche wurde sicher seit Einbau nicht mehr gereinigt, außerdem tümmelten sich dort Schnecken. Säcke mit Schmutzwäsche wurden direkt vor der Zimmertür gelagert. WLAN funktionierte nur zeitweise. Alles in allem inakzeptabel! Bilder sind vorhanden. Einfach zu erreichen mit 2min Fußweg zur U-Bahn.

The hotel can be summed up by the word basic. However having said that the room and the shared bathroom were clean and very well maintained. The location of the hotel is ideal if you need to explore London.

Never shipped bag over a week. Had to travel back to pick up. Collection impossible. Do not trust their yes. Royal Mail collection never happened and then SenMyBag never collected my bag from the reception for two days so I had to fly back to London to collect my bag at the hotel. At checkout he said they will hand over my bag to Royal Mail but said Royal Mail never came. Then he agreed to print the label for SendMyBag and ship it but it never happened. I had to buy travel tickets back to the hotel to collect my bag. They never answer emails. Phone calls are not answered often. Most of the time nobody at reception. Another lady said only two of them are taking turns.

Went to Earl’s Court hotel and told to go another hotel 10 mins away - tried ti check in then told to go to a hotel two doors down . Given a room up four flights of stairs ( not mentioned in the booking) . Had a room with a radiator on full blast and it was a warm evening, staff came up three times to fix it or turn it off , after 3 hours I was eventually offered an inferior room but at least it wasn’t a blistering hot room .

Quarto minúsculo, sem criado mudo, água do chuveiro sem esquentar, aquecedor sem aquecer e funcionário de recepção sem empatia. Ah, e cobram £10 para guardarem suas malas. Um absurdo. A única coisa boa é ser perto do metrô.

The creepiest dump I’ve ever seen in London, you’re better off sleeping on a bench in Hyde park than get bitten alive by be bugs and cockroaches growling in filthy pipes and greasy walls

I guess you get what you pay for. The place is run down and the communial areas smell. There is a fridge and a microwave down stairs and right next to the fridge is a cats liiterbox that had cat poo in it every day. The mattress on the bed is stained and this was visible through the bed sheets. Granted the bedding was freshly washed as were the towls but I won't be returning. Frankly, I'm surprised that this property is listed on Expedia, I thought Expedias standards were higher than this. Oh and the Wi-Fi only worked the first evening I was there and after that I could not reconnent. I asked to get this sorted out at the front desk but it seems nothing was done.

Stay away... Disgusting place wouldn't class it as a hotel. Bed sheet dirty found a bug. Bathroom dirty and sour smell in the room. But worse than that unsafe. Loose electric sockets bare light fittings. Was only in the room 20 mins and checked out. Told the receptionist and was offered no refund or help

At check-in, I was shown a sample room. However, the room I was assigned is located at the end of the corridor, outside the main rooms. It appears to be a former storage or technical area that has been converted into a room in the basement facility. The room is Room 16 and is extremely small—approximately the size of a disabled toilet that has been converted into a bedroom. I asked whether any other rooms were available, but I was informed that I had to accept this one. The situation felt unusual. During check-in, the receptionist also asked several personal questions about where I come from, despite already having my ID. This raised concerns for me regarding privacy and professionalism.

Wow, I knew the room could be great for £38 a night, but ye Gods. I expect at least clean. Firstly, the room sold was a lie. It was not the room shown. It was instead an outside room by the back gate. Shook. It stank to high heavy of some chemical mixed with filth. The teeny en suite was pure filth. Never cleaned. The sink was built into the toilet. Where you flush? A corroded filthy mini sink The bed was a put-you-up, rattled, creaked and stank. It was near collapse every move I dared make. I escaped at 6am totally knackered and from the horrific noise. Never ever again.
