Old hotel, very dated, quite a strong (bad) smell in the hotel. Staff not very attentive. Rooms small. Only ral positive is the location.

The hotel was plain but very clean, staff heplfull. Bedding and bed itself was excellent, slept well. Fairly close for walking to the Centre, attractions, restaurants etc.

Enjoyed the hotel though the room was a bit small. Room was cleaned each day, though the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed for a while. The worst part of the hotel was arranging my airport pickup with Welcome Pickups. They were terrible. No flexibility for flight delays. I paid them twice because of a flight delay and never got picked up. Ended up catching a taxi at the airport which was very simple. The taxi was also 12 euros less expensive than the vendor. Been fighting with them for two days so far to get reimbursed. I let the hotel know.

Facilities are a little outdated, cleanliness was questionable, friendly staff however

Great location if you’re traveling by train! Easy walk into the city centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beds very comfortable and the room was clean and serviced every day. The decor needs a bit of tlc but this wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

A very convenient hotel. The room had old world charm and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. The hallways could benefit from a refresh and there was some noise at night, but neither of these detracted from the convenient location 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the Capital building. Its also very close to some fabulous cafes, an excellent boulangerie and cheese store. I would absolutely return and had a wonderful experience in Toulouse overall!

This hotel is very conveniently located but is in great need of TLC ! Paint is pealing off the room walls, the carpet looks like it is 100 years old. They claim to have free wifi but it did not work at all the time I was there and when I pointed it out to the front desk person, he just shrugged and walked away.

Cute hotel, affordably priced. AC in room didn't work because filter had to be clearned or replaced (thermostat said), but not a big issue when nights are cool Will tell staff in morning, and I believe they will fix it. In a neighborhood with city noise but not super loud.

Stay was not expensive. Yes property is older, not luxurious but bed was very confortable, right by the train station and very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Well located, friendly, accommodating staff, very bike friendly.

High ceilings. Big bed. Large windows that open to small balcony. Everything is a bit old and crumbling, but good for a 1 night stay near the train station.

The hotel was perfect for my needs, but if I was just coming to see the city center as a tourist than a different location might be better.

The rooms we had did not match the picture of the room in the advert. Unfortunately our room had peeling wallpaper and our friends room had a damp smell so we didn't stay long in the room. The reception staff were extremely helpful in recommending a local restaurant which was great and then we found a very local bar with local musicians which made our night, which we would not have found in another area of the city. We sat in the outside spa area and relaxed while waiting for our transfer which was also nice.

Very clean. Immaculate, comfortable, cotton sheets and duvet covers and lovely white fluffy towels. Very convenient for the train station.

The hotel was affordable and conveniently located to the city and to the railway/bus station but I still think a little overpriced for the sized of their rooms. My standard room barely had enough room to walk around the bed on two sides and once my bag was in the room there was little room on the third side too! The bathroom was equally ‘tight’ but adequate. However there was an extensive area of mild in the bathroom roof which is simply unacceptable. The reception staff (female owner) was very helpful at check in but I was let down with the standard of accommodation.

Lovely traditional property close to Railway Station and Air Transfer Bus Station and on border of canal. Staff all very helpful and responsive and the area has many bars; restaurants and is easy walk to all the key sites of interest. Also handy for bike rentals if doing a canal ride. A classic place to stay with historical connections

Very uncomfortable beds. The lights in washroom turns off if you don't move for 1 minute. VERY inconvenient.

Very reasonable hotel within walking distance of the main square, the Capitol. Our room was very reasonable and it was a treat to find somewhere that had some English TV stations after having none for two weeks. We had no experiences that were dampened our stay. We passed on breakfast so can't comment on that. It was nice to have parking even though it had to be paid for but that was usual.
