飯店位置相當不錯，距離市區及港口很近，要逛街或者去港口搭船都很方便，飯店整體環境還ok, 飯店本身無停車位，需停在附近的停車場，還好停車場距離不遠

Close to shopping centre and restaurants. Near to bus station. Breakfast is very good. Everything is better than your expectations. Moreover, there is illy coffee in your room.

The guy in the reception is very helpful. The bed is too soft to me. Location is very convenient, but noisy.

離鬧區很近走路一下就到了，房間好像有重整過很新很乾淨，離港口坐計程車約10分鐘，非常方便，很可惜我們只待一晚，很多地方沒有參觀到，希望下次還有機會！

客房非常乾淨床也很舒服，離主要逛街的區域非常近。

Small hotel in centre of town very short walk from main tourist attractions. Room spotless and of good size. Friendly, helpful staff.

Das Hotel Kastro liegt sehr zentral und ruhig in der Innenstadt von Heraklion. Wir hatten ein einfaches, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit großem Safe, das völlig ausreichend war. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Dachterrasse, auf der man abends den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Genial ist der Kühlschrank (Geldeinwurf) am Eingang zur Dachterrasse mit verschiedenen Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und schmackhaft. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Tolle Taverne direkt gegenüber. Für eine Nacht vor einer Kreuzfahrt sehr zu empfehlen

Very pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, functional bathroom and room. Relatively quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite. The food was excellent.

The room was fine, but the bathroom stunk and looked dated.

The Hotel was nicely located to be able to reach different signs by foot with a nice restaurant right across the street. Unfortunately, the AC condensated onto the floor.

Great location. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable. The door knobs were a little al hard to figure out, though.
