Hard to find and figure out parking. NO air conditioning! Front desk told us to open the windows, but people talking, smoking etc... made that impossible. If you are not going to turn on the AC, don't advertise it!

Our first time in Avignon was a delight! Staying at Kyriad Avignon Palais Des Papes was convenient and accessible to all the walled city had to offer. We want to come back!

Perfect location. Great spot.

Nice hotel in a very nice area with lots of ourdoor eating and shopping. Convenient to park in La Halles parking ramp and walking. Good breakfast for 14 euro per person. Comfortable beds.

The hotel's main selling point is its location, so central to everything you might need or want to visit. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was basic but for the price given the properties location it is good value for money. My only complaint would be the 20 euro charge for accessing the room one hour early.

Best location, 5 min walk from central train station, very clean, friendly people, Area is great with pedestrian street and lots of restaurants, Les Halles market about 10 min walk.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel serves business travelers and tourists. Private, clean and well managed.

I liked that the hotel was right in the center of things, easily walkable to everything. My only complaint is that my room smelled. It was hard to keep the window open, especially at night, because of mosquitos, so I felt as if I were suffocating. The smell was chemical and musky, very disturbing as if I was being asphyxiated. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and friendly and all was well!

Hotel in the centre of the old town, minutes walk from the palais, and restaurants. Nice staff. Clean rooms.

Great location for sightseeing and right on main plaza. Room was smaller than we expected. The breakfast is not worth it. About what you’d expect for that price.

The breakfasts are incredible. Well worth the €11 and the staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Spacious and comfortable.

The Kyriad is situated in an excellent location. It's a short walk to the Palais des Papes and the excellent Petit Palais museum, and surrounded by places to eat, drink shop and people-watch.

A really clean and comfortable small room right in the middle of a lively square with lots of nice places and spaces to enjoy a drink, a meal, or an ice cream….just steps away from the Palais des Papes.

Rooms are small but the hotel is lovely and in a great location. Employees were very helpful.

The front desk clerk who greeted us (Sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and pleasant. Very helpful. When you return to the hotel, if after 10 p.m. , you must enter a code to gain entry. We did not realize this and rang the bell. The lady who came to let us in seemed quite perturbed that we had bothered her. Great location and great hotel, just don't disturb the night manager!!
